Baltia is raising capital to start the certification process with the FAA & DOT. The company upon receiving certification will start to pre-sell 3-4mm in airline tickets through a network of travel agents both here and abroad. The company will also make arrangements with FedEx, UPS etc. for cargo and guaranteed same day delivery as opposed to 3-4 day delivery by other carriers. If Baltia pulls this off and starts flying even one plane, the stock should appreciate significantly. I see this as a company with huge upside potential if you belive they will fly. Due your due dilligence and put this one on your radar screen.

Those are old articles.......and written by a disgruntled non-believer. The fact still remains if Baltia gets 1 aircraft off the ground the stock price will soar. Baltia is launching a much smaller operation this time around, and will grow as necessary to serve the Baltic States. Baltia can't get certification until they raise the necessary capital to do so. Doesn't take that much and I believe they will accomplish their goals. Again, the company has survived this long and hasn't completely diluted shareholders as in other BB companies out there!!! The management is real and they are determined to be successful. Worth a play.

Raising Capital, are you joking? What has happened to all the money over the past 17 years? All they keep doing is diluting the company with stock issuance. They have raised/burned a few million since their inception and nothing has happened yet. Best Baltia articles around can be found at: www.stockpatrol.com .
Stockman you just surfaced around July / August. Also notice postings on other BLTA message boards around the same time. Funny but, this was right around the time BLTA issued another 10 Million shares.
Did you recieve any of those shares for "services"? If I had to guess I would say yes.
The idea of this company is awesome, but I personally feel that the "management" or shall I say "manager" does not possess the ability to budget money or the knowledge required to start an airline.
THIS IS MY OPINION ONLY, DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE, BEFORE YOU SPEND .06 ON THIS "INVESTMENT"

One more thing, this was the last DOT/FAA filing for Baltia Airlines Dated 12/08/1999. Not the same picture that was presented in the recent press releases or by Bob Strom.
"Document Abstract Order 99-12-6 denies the request of Baltia Air Lines, Inc., for a waiver of the revocation-for-dormancy provisions of 14 CFR 204.7, and revokes the certificate of public convenience and necessity issued to Baltia by Order 96-2-51 authorizing it to engage in foreign scheduled air transportation of persons, property, and mail (Route 688)."
DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE ON THIS COMPANY!
