Nice.. looks like a breakout is forming: clicked past 4.52 resistance on nearly 4x average 12-month volume..
some DD:
- new financials out today: not much has changed since last report
other than that...
- 38% of shares held by institutions - ex-CFO sold 30K shares, while Rubicon Master Fund (?) picked up 4.25M at 4.40 per share (as of Aug 18th) - looks like most of the insider sales are by ex-insiders, and most of the buying is institutional
Short interest seems to be peaking:
Jun. 15: 421,689 short, 186,975 avg vol, 2.26 days to cover Jul. 14: 2,977,305 short, 549,845 avg vol, 5.41 days to cover Aug. 15: 3,061,000 short, 430,859 avg vol, 7.10 days to cover
