on the three month? looks to me like it's gonna need some news or something to "kick it"... without volume it won't be worth more than 5-6% off the low RSI....

Nah, looking at the one year.. certainly dropping long term. It does like to pop up off of RSI 30 or so though.. nice ten to twenty percent plays.. gotta time them right though. MACD looking stagnant so might not be many more pops for a while.

It's sitting just under a descending trendline.. It would have to hold above that for me to even think about it.. All combined it looks like a drop coming.. either a prolonged one or a subtle slip slide away.

"wiley...good post, understood--however, can we start w a snapshot?"
Extrapolate upon the brief information I provide. All you really need is there, even without following the links I provide for readers who are smart enough to read SEC filings.
Share price has crashed a dollar a share in about three months. What does this signal about trader perception?
Dilution is very clearly coming. What will this do to share prices?
A loss of 175 million dollars. Need I comment?
A loss of 31 million in a single quarter. Quite clear no comment is needed.
Interest on loans of 17 million for one quarter. What does tell you about this company's financial status? Do you think this company survives through loans only, most likely toxic debentures?
Read the filings. This is why I provide links rather than spoon feed. This limited information I provide is of such a powerful nature readers should be prompted to research.
Personally, I could develop and write a complete company history and a balance sheet for this company based solely on what I provided, with no other information.

LOL
why?
because you don't like me?
you do realise that your new "friend" has been telling other people on this board personal details like where i live? is that honourable?
and your guido reference proved clearly your intent to harrass me.... i have no concerns whatsoever about any law enforcement or SEC problems...
please explain in detail why it would be honorable for me to resign my position as moderator....
the honorable thing for you to do would be to tell your friend to get over it...before things get worse... people who turn on one friend usually turn on others... it's just human nature
i have documented and logged your accusation about being intimidated by a moderator.
of course your complaint is generic enough to be about any moderator at any board, but you claim i have no honor as a moderator so say what's on your mind...
More discouraging is I was subjected to private intimidation by a moderator to support stocks in which this moderator is vested. I have very serious issues with that type of behavior. More simple, I am insulted and very angry. I will not be dishonest with readers simply for profit by others nor my own profit; friendship does not include a requirement of being dishonest
you have already chased most of the other posters away from this board... you won't be dictating anything to me...
i have shown you, and your friend favor in the past, ignoring posts that by others would have been deleted, that WAS dishonorable of me..

agreed... however? there is only one way to deal with it.. now? do you want to be another casualty? because we already have several others... you don't really think this just started right here do you?

I am an outsider looking in on clearly the tail of a seemingly one sided conversation. I have no stake here. My goal is to read objectionable posts about stocks. Not to see belligerence from longstanding members whom I have come to trust. I would like to see this thread completely deleted and the member that started it start a new one if he so wishes. I did not see how you wish to deal with this but attacking me for stating an observation that is clear does not seem to be the right direction. This tone does not meet the TOS for this forum and it should not be allowed to continue, from members or mods.

Guess I missed the whole argument thing glass.
"would you sit still and be called DIShonorable in public?" This isn't public, this is the web. If you lash back for someone digging at your honor then you are letting pride get in the way. JMO
Good luck

So, it basically sounds like one moderator may be manipulating stocks by use of moderation skills? Sounds to me like an offense punishable by incarceration when proven true in a court of law.
