XsunX Build-Out of Marketing and Technology Development Facility on Track
Assembly of Core Production Systems to Begin on Site in July
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Jun 13, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- XsunX, Inc. (OTCBB:XSNX), provider of technologies for solar energy infrastructure and developer of Power Glass(tm), an innovative thin-film solar technology that is intended to allow glass windows to produce electricity from the power of the sun, today announced that improvements to the Company's new Golden, Colo. facility are on track. The Company plans to begin assembly and installation of its hybrid manufacturing system, along with laser and ancillary production and product development equipment, in the first week of July.
"We have received numerous requests for information pertaining to the construction progress of our new facility in Golden," stated Tom Djokovich, XsunX CEO. "I'm glad to announce that the improvements to the facility are on track for completion this month. We are eagerly awaiting the ability to take possession of our new facility and begin assembling a turnkey product marketing and development infrastructure. In addition to allowing our interested prospects an opportunity to validate our technology, this initial base facility will also provide us with the ability to service requests for limited thin film manufacturing of less than 1 Megawatt annually. Additional benefits of the facility include product prototyping capabilities, which may provide interested licensees with access to cutting-edge building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) product development capabilities."

Mr. Djokovich further stated, "We have been receiving requests from interested manufacturers for systems ranging from 1 to 100 Megawatts of annual production capacities. The interest in thin film manufacturing capabilities appears to be expanding and the completion of this new facility will be invaluable in helping us to shorten the sales cycle with prospects."

The XsunX manufacturing system is based upon a patented hybrid design combining the scalability of reel-to-reel processing and the use of flexible rolled substrates with the exacting capabilities of cluster tool vacuum deposition systems. These systems can be configured to produce several types of solar cells, such as single junction opaque cells, tandem junction micromorph type cells, and the Company's proprietary cell designs that include Power Glass films and a new 4-terminal cell that the Company hopes to begin marketing next year as a replacement to more costly silicon wafer technologies.

About XsunX

Based in Aliso Viejo, Calif., XsunX is developing and commercializing innovative new thin film photovoltaic (TFPV) solar cell technologies and manufacturing processes to service expanding global energy demands. The Company has focused its efforts on lowering the cost per watt of solar power and making solar cell technology easier to use in a wide variety of applications. XsunX calls this dual improvement to cost and efficiency the XFactor(tm). XsunX Begins Assembly and Installation of Hybrid Systems at New Golden Facility

By PrimeZone
Last Update: 7/11/2006 7:39:55 AM Data provided by

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Jul 11, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- XsunX, Inc. (XSNX), provider of technologies for solar energy infrastructure and developer of Power Glass(tm), an innovative thin-film solar technology that is intended to allow glass windows to produce electricity from the power of the sun, today announced that improvements to the Company's new Golden, Colorado facilities were completed on schedule earlier this month and that the Company has begun the installation of its patented hybrid reel-to-reel manufacturing system.

Originally designed to provide XsunX with turnkey product marketing and development infrastructure, the Company is now looking to expand the facilities to accommodate additional future system assembly, testing, and shipping capabilities. "Based on the response to our marketing efforts and the growth in demand for thin film technologies, we felt that it may be prudent to exercise an opportunity to expand our facilities now by an additional nine thousand square feet allowing us to operate for an extended period without the disruption associated with relocation," commented Tom Djokovich, XsunX's CEO.

The Company has also received a large number of inquires asking for tours of its new facilities in Golden, Colorado. "Unfortunately, catering to these requests would be very disruptive to our current efforts to complete the installation of equipment and facilities," stated Tom Djokovich. "We hope to be able to accommodate limited tours upon completion later this year," concluded Djokovich.

The XsunX manufacturing system is based upon a patented hybrid design combining the scalability of reel-to-reel processing and the use of flexible rolled substrates with the exacting capabilities of cluster tool vacuum deposition systems. I think a lot of holders were expecting better news this month, either news of a deal or news of actual clients touring the facility at least.

Now it looks like tours are still a good ways off. A full-scale commercial system was supposedly started in construction back on 3/13. Now, 4 months later, they're talking about just beginning installation. People are pretty skeptical at this point about the time table for anything to actually emerge.

Plus, as the costs of materials and shipping continues to rise, the cost of implementing a solar film, which still requires quite a bit of material, may not be as economical as it was just 3months ago. This trend will only increase over the upcoming months as hurricane season starts and the oil prices go up.

With that said, I still think this stock has more left in it. But, it's pretty risky in the short-term.

I'd like to see some further validation of their claim that they can reach 50% the effectiveness of traditional "opaque" solar cells with solar glass while still keeping the total installed cost at 1/4th of traditional cells.

Right now, I'm looking for something "real", either images of their facility and product, or a demo unit.

I think it's safe to assume the PPS will hit resistance around .6, or .5 at the lowest. I don't see it going below that, for the time being. It's good to hear they're still going as planned, the new facility is coming online. It makes sense that the stock drops -- the company has no sales, and accumulating R&D and production startup expenses. Wouldn't buy it just yet, but I think it has a long-term potential to grow into a powerhouse.

link below has their information.

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1039466/000107258806000226/xsnx8krealtoun ianresignation.txt

Under section 5 this statement is made

Section 5.06 -Change in Shell Company Status

None

I am very disappointed if this is the case.

I thought they were an OB stock not a pinky. I thought that OB meant better status than PK.

If I am wrong someone please show me.

XsunX Provides Mid-Year Update to Business and Product Development Initiatives
Monday July 24, 6:13 am ET

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., July 24, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- XsunX, Inc. (OTC BB:XSNX.OB - News), provider of technologies for solar energy infrastructure and developer of Power Glass(tm), an innovative thin-film solar technology that is intended to allow glass windows to produce electricity from the power of the sun, provides a mid-year update on product and business development initiatives.

``XsunX entered 2006 with the momentum of having secured the capital to execute our plan of operations and an expanded technology portfolio,'' commented Mr. Tom Djokovich, XsunX's CEO. ``Key elements to our plan this year included leveraging new patent pending thin film designs and launching the development of what we believe may soon offer the solar markets an alternative to crystalline wafer technologies. In addition to the launch of new product types, we began building our first base line production system, developing a world class technology marketing facility in Golden, CO, and adding to executive and general staff to help build and manage infrastructure and marketing efforts as we transition from pure R&D into sales. We have been very busy this year working to deliver our shareholders marketable products and revenues,'' concluded Djokovich.

In January, the Company launched a development initiative to commercialize a patent pending 4 terminal solar cell design. The design employs thin film transparent cell technology, derived from the Company's Power Glass initiative, with that of a nano-crystalline solar cell. XsunX believes that the combination of these two technologies into a single device holds a promising opportunity to deliver low cost, high efficiency, flexible and light weight solar cells. Upon completion in 2007, XsunX plans to market this proprietary technology as an alternative to the use of lower efficiency multi-junction thin films and the more costly multi-crystalline solutions.

Also in January, XsunX began the construction of its first base line production system for the manufacture of its thin film solar cell designs. Incorporating the Company's hybrid processing system, the design combines the scalability of reel-to-reel processing and the use of flexible rolled substrates, with the exact processing capabilities of cluster tool vacuum deposition systems. Designed as a first system for use in hands on marketing of the Company's thin film technologies, the system's modular configuration also provides adaptability for the manufacture of a host of solar device types. Ideally suited for use in the manufacture of amorphous and other thin film type solar cells, XsunX hopes to enjoy broad market acceptance with these systems as thin film technologies continue to gain increased market acceptance.

Another milestone for the Company was its launch of marketing efforts in April. In a welcomed presentation to the National Energy Marketers Association at their national energy restructuring conference, XsunX presented the benefits of its thin-film solar and hybrid manufacturing technologies for use in the development and delivery of an array of new power sources. With the launch of marketing and business development efforts, the Company began receiving licensing inquires from manufacturers looking to capitalize on double digit growth predictions for the thin films markets. Responding to these requests, the Company is actively working to negotiate licensing opportunities representing manufacturing capacities ranging from 1 to more than 100 megawatts of annual production.

In May, the Company began building a product development and marketing facility to support its expanding business development efforts. Upon completion, this new facility will allow XsunX to provide hands on demonstrations of its technologies which the Company anticipates will help shorten the sales cycle for these multi-million dollar systems.

Finally, in June, XsunX began working to identify and secure government grants for the development of building integrated photovoltaics or ``BIPV.'' The BIPV market segment is the focus of the Company's Power Glass thin film technology. Ideally suited for use on the glass facades of modern high rise buildings, the Company hopes to leverage government sponsored initiatives and product development partners from the glazing industry to commercialize its Power Glass semi-transparent thin films.

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Oct 19, 2006 (PrimeZone Media Network via COMTEX News Network) --
XsunX, Inc. (OTCBB:XSNX), developer of advanced manufacturing systems and cell structures for solar energy, reports a successful showing at Solar Power 2006, a business to business show held at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.

According to Tom Djokovich, XsunX's CEO, interest in XsunX at the show exceeded expectations; booth traffic was brisk and interest in the company's solar solutions has been tremendous. Djokovich was also interviewed by Bay Area TV20 and Money TV while onsite. This extended the reach of XsunX far beyond the 5,000 registered attendees, into the millions as Money TV alone reaches 125 million homes globally.

"We received interest in our thin film production systems in the key market areas we had anticipated, including existing manufacturers looking to upgrade, and current energy producers, and solar product integrators who are interested in taking control of their own solar cell manufacturing, integration and installation," Djokovich stated in both interviews. "We are looking forward to working with these leads to provide them with solutions suited for their needs."

"It was our intent at the show to introduce our thin film photovoltaic designs and production solutions to a broad group of potential clients and to reach those outside through media appearances. It was a very satisfying experience."

Participation in expositions to broaden exposure of the Company and its products is part of the Company's expanding marketing plan. XsunX will also be exhibiting next week at the Renewable Energy Forum in Beijing, China. Mr. Djokovich and Mr. Kurt Laetz, V.P. of Global Sales, will be presenting the company's thin film and production solutions.
