Intrepid Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:ITPD) announced today the formation of Intrepid Healthcare Group (IHG). Intrepid Healthcare Group places the healthcare assets of Intrepid Holdings, Inc. under one management and operating structure. IHG is composed of the following Intrepid Holdings subsidiaries: Rx Fulfillment Services, Inc. (pharmacy), Healthy Access, Inc. (mini health clinics), and Intrepid Systems, Inc. (e-platform physician practice management tools). Toney Means has been appointed President of the Healthcare Group and also remains President of Rx Fulfillment Services, Inc.
IHG will coordinate the efforts of these companies to provide continuity with the company's mission to deliver effective and affordable healthcare solutions to the underserved urban market. Rx Fulfillment provides PBM, mail order, long term care and institutional pharmacy services. Healthy Access' business model is to provide episodic care for acute non-life-threatening conditions. Intrepid Systems provides e-platform clinical practice systems including e-prescribing and electronic medical records to the physicians' office.

Intrepid Holdings' Subsidiary Continues to Add New Long-Term Care Prescription Volume Intrepid Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:ITPD) announced today that its Rx Fulfillment Services, Inc. subsidiary has recently experienced a significant increase in prescriptions from long-term care sales. Prescriptions from Long-Term Care (LTC) patients are averaging over 75 per day in the Houston market alone. This recent increase in volume, particularly in the Houston market, confirms the company's belief in the viability of its LTC business model.
