New to this. Does anyone have any advice on this one? I don't even know how to research. My husband is deployed, asked me to look into a purchase of shares. We have NEVER done this before.

thinly traded pink, no history, no news. Not the way to start trading. Apparently, someone gave him a "hot tip" ?

Finally found my notes. Riverbank tied to UDVE,MDGM and GRYF. ALL scams. They are tied to Mario Pino via defunct MLON-now PYCT, another financial scam. PAIM also tied to Riverbank, as is XMET.Riverbank has a very seedy history and is NOT a legitimate entity. It is considered an "unauthorized bank".
