I just talked to Mr Makarov. According to him all sec filing is complete and they are waiting for the change. Ther is nothing more that they are required. Still expect news by Monday, maybe not before. Buyout is in Progress. I asked about when they would know for sure. He said that there should be signatures by Monday. I said it sounds like we are going to make a lot of money. He said Oh you definitely will. Those wer what he said. Thought i'd pass it on. He sounded eager to be helpful with in the limits of the law. So take it for what its worth. Basically from what I got out of it the buyout is a go.

Man, I have played 3 buyouts over the last 3 weeks. JPHC (sucked) FLST (sucked), this one had be a go, or I wont ever trade a buyout again. lol. TMAN...

Oh my! OTCBB AND buyout both on Monday?!! That might break the ticker. Especially since Half-life 2: Episode 1 is available for preorder on Steam May 1st as well! (lol)

Apologies in advance for this being a first post... been a lurker until now.
With the possible buyout PR and move to OTCBB, what is the general feeling as to price point by early to mid next week? Based on the past few days, I put a target of .80 - .85 by COB next Tuesday, but I think I may be overly hopeful in that.
Thoughts? Where do you think we'll be in a week?

It was 15 minutes ago. He didn't make a big deal out of it. Dmn sounds like an alias for Deport the Witless. So I'm surprised that he is still here.

If all news are pulled together on Monday, all will be good. Let's hope everything is as expected. Also, probably the volume will be huge on Friday because there is always some guys know the insider info before that
