great to read all this stuff over the weekend but the idiot of the weekend has to be purl gurl...probably jealousy she missed the run from 20 cents to 1,5 dollar so:=) she finds 10M dollar...mhmh i know the company is worth already 2,06 dollar with petrokazakstan reserves only ( read pr)..if this was a scam why be fully reporting and moving to otc? mhmh i still believe investing is also a men's world and you see purl gurl doesn't fit in this world..just like a woman driving a car...you can compare it...we will talk next week to that woman again when the details are released! This will go above 1.5 tomorrow

that stratton stevens is the chairman of the board also tells a lot about the credibility of this firm...guys like this know what they do..here is a link to him:

www.gg.ca/honours/search-recherche/honours-desc.asp?lang=e&TypeID=orc&id=3182

another stock i have ILST has virginia kilpatrick shehee on the board, former governor of Louisiana and you can bet on it that stock is also going up because she invested 1M dollar in private placement over the last year...stock also came from pinks to otc so these companies are for real...you can always say it is pinks but remember ndol got approval for otc but delayed it because THIS WILL BE A DONE DEAL!

this pr tells a lot about the value of NDOL and why we can be 99% sure we get 2,17 dollar per share:

Nord Oil International's sales reached $4,839,187 USD for the quarter with corresponding EBITDA of $1,987,329 USD and Net Income After Taxes of $320,327 USD. The company had total assets of $15,288,881 USD and Liabilities of $9,901,665 USD and Shareholders Equity of $5,387,216 USD. The listed assets did not include the company's oil reserves rights and licenses. It should be noted that Nord Oil International has a total of 48 million barrels of proven and probable reserves and expects production to start early 2006 but no later than 3rd quarter and projects productions of 2.3 million barrels in its first year.

"We are very satisfied with the results of the first quarter, since our product sales and trading assures a great foundation, which will be significant upon the start of our production," said Mr. Makarov, President of Nord Oil International Inc. "We can project similar results for the next quarters and project total revenue of our product and trading divisions to be approximately $19 million USD with EBITDA of approximately $8 million USD providing shareholders with $0.09 USD sales per share, $0.04 USD EBITDA per share and $0.01 USD per share of Net Income After Taxes and that without considering the production of our oil reserves. In addition, if we compare value for value, Nord Oil has 10% of the reserves of PetroKazakstan, which is valued at $4.4 Billion USD and therefore should translate in Nord Oil's value to be $440 million USD or $2.06 USD per share, making the current stock price truly undervalue," further added Mr. Makarov.

2,17$ seems a very fair offer and i really think we get confirmation this week the offer is ready to be voted for and you can bet on it it will be finalized!

anybody an idea how long it takes before we get the cash?

indeed doni, they would not have been reporting all of this stuff if this was not for real...this will be a done deal and i think it will be for this week. it is not they think they have oil, they have also a lot proven reserves and that is what is important in this story. and once we get confirmation of this deal it goes to 2 bucks this week..i am also holding so

And I thought the GWGO thread was nuts. The NDOL is just as nuts. Lots of speculation. Just watch and read the PR. Be patient...NDOL will happen and make everyone happy.

some dd from north west oil from another board and very very interesting stuff:

I was surprised at how difficult it was to find any information on North-West Oil Group.

What I did find is that this company is competing with some Major Players in the Russian Oil Industry in an attempt to make significant acquisitions in the oil industry.

Here is what I did find...

Digest of the Russian press, December 29, 2005

Russneft has a rival. Russia's Northwest Oil Group has emerged as a new bidder for a 49% stake owned by embattled oil major Yukos in Slovakian pipeline company Transpetrol. According to the paper, the group is set to offer $40 million more than the Russneft oil company, which is supported by the Russian government.

------------------

Eurasia Economic report, December 12, 2005

TNK-BP board to consider asset sale. The source also said that there is already a list of potential buyers for Saratovneftegaz and Orsknefteorgsintez. The Federal Antimonopoly Service has already approved a request from OAO Russneft to acquire Saratovneftegaz. The FAS is also considering applications from Austria's OMV, Britain's Urals Energy, China's Sinopec, OOO Itera and OOO Unified Oil Group. In addition to thee companies Tatneft and ZAO North-West Oil Group have been named as contenders for Saratovneftegaz.

(On Dec 21, 2005, Russneft announced they had aquired Saratovneftegaz.)

--------------------

Kommersant Russia’s Daily online, Feb 5, 2006

YUKOS to Have Fewer Assets Abroad. In Slovakia, the Transpetrol tender is dragging as well. Authorities of the country suspect Hungarian MOL to be indirectly involved in it through Russia’s Russneft and North-West Oil Group, which have filed the bids, and demand to shelve the sale till the situation is finally cleared out.

---------------------

Russia: Oil output by company
(January 2006)
Tonnes
Lukoil 7,519,800
Rosneft 6,481,500
TNK-BP 6,263,800
Surgutneftegaz 5,496,400
Sibneft 2,603,000
Tatneft 2,162,300
Slavneft 2,051,700
Yukos 1,834,000
Russneft 1,258,700
Gazprom 1,100,100
Bashneft 1,005,700
Source: Russian energy ministry's central despatch unit; EIU calculations

---------------------

So this tells me that North-West Oil Group is a serious player in the industry to be competing with the likes of Russneft in a failed bid to acquire Saratovneftegaz from TNK-BP.

Getting Transpetrol from Yukos could be a challenge for North-West Oil Group as well, with Russneft supported by the Russian government.

----------------------

It all looks like this just could roll out as planned. I am expecting the deal will go through and NDOL will be purchased by North-West Oil group. They way I see it, unless something new comes out that leads me to believe differently, I should have $2.17 for each of my shares very shortly.

North-West Oil should want the deal done quickly to avoid losing out on another potential acquisition and NDOL was groomed by Parkin and JF for exactly this purpose - To Sell It!

My opinions only. Due your own DD.

Good Luck to all.

No Repo, you can short it now at $1.32 and then pay $2.17 for it after the buy out. Might not be good for your account balance, but its defintely not too late.

I have a small gut feeling that we may see a PR in the morning.
