They both have the same SEC filings. CEO is running about $83/share and CEOHF.PK is running about 86cents/share. I am wondering if CEOHF.PK might be worth while to throw some money into as an investment? And, does anyone know the typical relationship between 2 stocks listed by the same company when one is on a larger exchange (NYSE) and the other is on a smaller exchange (Pink)? There is no information on the shares structure for CEOHF.PK or does it somehow correspond with the CEO share structure?

I don't know much about either, but I've considered investing in China National Peteroleum Company CNPC (Stock symbol: CKKHF) It was selling for about .28cents a share a month or two ago, recently ran up to .67cents. They've got 39 refineries, which says alot about upward potential.
