GameZnFlix, Inc. Relocates Pennsylvania Distribution Center to Massachusetts Wednesday March 15, 9:00 am ET
FRANKLIN, KY--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 15, 2006 -- GameZnFlix, Inc. (OTC BB:GZFX.OB - News), an online provider of video game and DVD movies for rent or purchase, has relocated its Pennsylvania distribution center to Worchester, MA. John Fleming, CEO of GameZnFlix, Inc., stated: "We are relocating our Pennsylvania facility to Worchester, MA to better serve the New England (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts) area. By the opening of this distribution center, the company continues its work towards its 2006 business milestones." President Donald "Chip" Gallent stated: "The Massachusetts center is expected to handle our current members in the Northeast and as we continue the building of inventory levels to handle future growth in this Northeast marketplace. Our business plan calls for us to be looking to open new distribution centers in Maryland, Florida, Texas and Washington during 2006."
In addition to the above, the following milestones represent areas of development that the company is currently working on for 2006.
-- Continue the current advertising campaign targeting the online user and rural communities across the country.
-- Research and development to identify future product delivery platforms.

The new website for GNF will be released in the near future. The Beta Testing is just about done by the outside firm retained to review the site. However, it will not be released until management determines that the timing is correct with relation other projects.
3-16-06 AAFES Update
The AAFES project is coming along and is in Beta Testing. Upon completion testing and with approval of AAFES there will be a public press release to announce the completion.

GameZnFlix, Inc. Opens Distribution Center in Maryland and Cancels Purchase Agreement With DVDAvenue 9:51 AM EST March 21, 2006
GameZnFlix, Inc. (OTC BB: GZFX), an online provider of video game and DVD movies for rent or purchase, is opening a new distribution center in Maryland after cancelling agreement to purchase DVDAvenue.
John Fleming, CEO of GameZnFlix, Inc. stated: "We will be opening a new distribution center in Maryland to replace the one that would have been part of the acquisition of DVDAvenue. We choose to cancel our agreement to purchase DVDAvenue after further discussions with their management regarding the make up of its customer base. We felt that there was not a good fit between the two companies."
President Donald "Chip" Gallent stated: "The Maryland center will meet shipping requirements for our members in the mid-Atlantic states. Our business plan calls for further expansion into Florida, Texas, Washington and other locations throughout 2006."

Don't worry you will be able to get in. Plenty of MM's will be selling 100's of millions of shares tomorrow. I don't recommend buying at the open. Let the gap get filled a little bit.

I would be very careful buying this stock...
$67,325.00 paid out to one firm to pump the stock..Looking to see how many other companies have been paid to "pump",,, in cash and or stock..

What worries me most is the increase in the Authorized Shares from 4 Billion to 25 Billion.
Without dilution, this should go up IMHO.
With dilution, lookout below IMHO.
Also remember the fact that they are looking to open new warehouses this year, so be careful because they will more than likely need some cash to fulfill their goals.
I'm not bashing, I just want all to know the facts so you can trade wisely.
I did not buy this yesterday for those very reasons mentioned. I missed a good play at the open yesterday though. There may still be some good plays left here, we'll have to see what happens.
