WSRA has a Float of Only 4.8 Mil Shares, I had a conversation with the CEO Last week and they are committed to NOT DILUTING Shareholder equity, they want to see this trading in the Dollars. They did a 2 For 1 FORWARD SPLIT several months ago to increase Market Liquidity and will be returning to the OTCBB By the end of the year. This Company has contracts with Halliburton! And a couple other Major Corporations. Heres a link to their website, call the CEO if Interested;

a 2 for 1 split to increase liquidity on a .16 stock? that sounds asinine. if they don't dilute the stock, where will they get the financing for aquisitions (per their webite) and how will they fund operations. i'd like to see the next 10q, f they ever begin reporting again. interesting
