TORONTO, Oct 18, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Diamant Art Corporation (DIAAF) is pleased to report that Management and Technical personnel from the Diamant Film manufacturing facility in Switzerland and EPI Environmental Products Inc. met on Friday October 14, 2005 at Diamant Film's offices in Toronto, Canada, to start formulating with EPI Environmental Products Inc the preliminary formulation for it's proprietary DIAMANT FILM using TDPA Oxo- Biodegradable Technology to create BIO-DIAMANT FILM.
www.epi-global.com EPI's development of Oxo-biodegradable technology using TDPA® additives, when added to commodity plastic resins and their co-polymers, in various ranges create end products that are subsequently degradable, biodegradable and cost competitive. Processed on standard manufacturing machines, TDPA® incorporated plastics maintain the same product performance and characteristics as non-degradable plastics, for a controlled period of time until degradation is triggered by one or all triggers of heat, sunlight, or enhanced mechanical stress.
TDPA®-based plastic products will degrade and ultimately biodegrade, and once biodegrading is complete all that remains is carbon dioxide, water and biomass, all of which are part of the normal bio-cycle.

TORONTO--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 9, 2006 -- Diamant Art Corporation (OTC BBIAAF.OB - News) is pleased to announce today that, through its Bio-Plastics division., it has entered into an agency and marketing agreement with M2 Formulex, Inc. to promote biodegradable products to the North American marketplace.
M2 Formulex, Inc. with offices in Toronto and New York city is a leading sales and marketing agency in North America for biodegradable Food and Produce Trays and is focused on expanding their product line up to include environmentally and biodegradable Plastic Film Products in their ongoing efforts to promote environmental solutions for the meat, produce, and fruit industries in North America. Currently, M2 Formulex has indicated that it is gaining interest from major companies in Canada and the United States and is in negotiations with industry leaders in automotive manufacturing, meat manufacturing and distribution, as well as food retailing and merchandising to have both their products and those of Diamant's become part of these companies' efforts to introduce products that are environmentally friendly.
