Another great morning of filling the gaps. Lot of buys at $.20 today already...which means we should easily move to $.23+ today. Good volume early...must be another release coming. If you don't own this you should...even $1,000 is fine.

midwest_trader,

What causes you to ignore common courtesies and constantly spam other threads with your pumping? I'm fed up with it and you ain't far behind.

Seriously, grow up and stay off other boards with this junk. This PINKSHEET has run it's course, quit trying to make bagholders out of everyone on other boards at Allstocks.

Someone sure sold a lot of stock pretty quick, that's for sure. Maybe that "news" that they were "expecting" turned out bad?

Keep bashing me... I love it! SLXI just put out news. And...here come the buys! One of the best defenses is truth...In the event that I have been a "momo" at least I have been correct with regards to BUGS and SLXI. So, keep on bashing me while my stocks do what I want them to do.

Satelinx Issues Letter to Shareholders

MONTREAL, Sept. 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Satelinx International Inc. (Pink Sheets:SLXI) --

Dear Shareholders:

Satelinx is experiencing many positive changes. We are indeed entering an exciting period in our company history. Our business plan is being successfully implemented and we have moved well beyond the proof of concept stage. Staying focused and increasing shareholder value are top priorities. These two elements will position the company to achieve beneficial results in the upcoming quarters. We realize we have a long road to travel, but Satelinx is better positioned today than at any time in our history, and we are viewed as the industry leader. The foundation has been laid to generate major revenue improvements in upcoming quarters, which will only add to a strong bottom line in the years ahead.

Our goal is to grow and provide world-class service to our client base. We have expanded our sales to several countries. In achieving our goal we will keep client retention as the highest priority, the cost to maintain is minimal while the income remains steady. Based on expected pending contracts, and after our successful merge with Virtual Wave, we will hit our previous goal of $5,000,000 in combined sales by year end. Our 2006 goals grow our combined sales to $15,000,000. I know this is an aggressive goal, but we are confident in our ability to achieve success. Our clients wanted more security and access to information 24/7; this proposed merger will provide both the ability to exceed client expectations while giving them a low cost solution.

We will continue to look for synergistic opportunities with customers and suppliers. Our clients and their input will be integrated into our ongoing programs; and, keeping our investors and shareholders informed on a consistent basis we feel will only enhance and maximize shareholder wealth.

Our employees are primed and ready to deliver; truly they are the backbone of the company. They have created a positive and competitive work environment, each one challenging each other to be better and to achieve 100% success on behalf of Satelinx. Our shareholders should be proud of their accomplishments and continue to expect excellence.

In closing, I would personally like to thank every client, employee and shareholder for continued support and growth in our shared successes. The quality of service has been outstanding, and I am confident shareholders will reap rewards over the long-term.

My warmest regards,

Sam Grinfeld
Board Chairman

Their website is awesome and provides a ton of info. This company has the potential to double and double and double rapidly. Tipping point has to be close...lot of market makers went short on this stock under $.20...so, I imagine they will try to cover ASAP...especially if volume goes above 500,000.

Two reverse stock splits in the last year? Is this true, according to the SEC it is.

Excellent post from Chopper on the micro thread:

Shaking my head thinking I thought ol mumu had turned a new leaf. I guess not.

For your reading Pleasure.

The Market is not a closed universe limited only to the Old timers posting and the Newbie’s watching and playing the picks here on All Stocks or RB.

There are hundreds and thousands of folks that play the penny stock game world wide that use the same programs that we use with almost literally the same trade alerts for volume, % gain and on and on. There are a limitless group of combinations. The Con that momo plays is a multi level front load scheme that specifically searches for Low float under the radar type stocks that have the potential for news or world events that may look favorable toward that particular sector stock. He keeps these on his watch list and rotates occasionally.

Momo has 2 different groups that play these. The first group secretly front loads as much as 2 weeks in advance to just a few days to give the stock he has picked the appearance of positive volume. The second group is given the pick just after the first by 2 or 3 days and they are instructed to buy as well as this is going to be “The Next Momo Runner”. This gives the stock pick additional volume and now has a positive % and volume increase for now what would appear for many days to 2 weeks. The shell plants (momo followers) inundate the various stock blog boards with the same old con garbage. Hmmmmmmm look at SCAM stock it has had a 60 % or whatever gain in the last week or 2. Or I called the PR guy and there is supposed to be a HUGE PR next week. Or I here there is an offer on the table to buy SCAM company for 1000% of where it is trading at today. I think you get the drift as to the myriad of possible Fraudulent Pumps that could be used.
By this time SCAM stock is popping up on the radar of many people world wide and appears to be a sound possible play. With the additional buying of New Suckers to the great play momo is pushing on the boards this produces additional volume and % increase. Now it is truly a Great Buy as it is starting to Jump like a Rocket. TBLU is a classic example of a momo play. A No nothing shell company that is easily manipulated upward with relatively a minimal investment by momo’s group creating as much as a 100% gain in just 30 minutes when the scam is officially the play of the day. Of course momo and the other insider scam artists have been accumulating for days to weeks prior giving these creeps the chance to make thousands off the backs of the unsuspecting. They sell Like heck the day they Launch the SCAM stock.

Now if this was a closed universe and there was only the groups on AS or the RB boards dealing with this scam then I would have to say “to each their own”. I think the old timers warn people enough. So if the newbie’s buy into this get rich quick crap they deserve to get burned. But it is NOT a closed universe and momo and his gang of Crooks aren’t just nailing investors on these boards but momo is Screwing the unwitting folks that aren’t aware of his con. It is one thing to invest into a solid potential stock and tell others about it, But to front load lie about their potential and purposely Manipulate stocks is CRIMINAL. This is no different than Holding up a 7/11 at GUNPOINT by masked Robbers!

That is why we bash momo and his Gang of Crooks and Scam Artist Wanna bees. Enough Said!

Satelinx expects to report results of operations for the period ended June 30, 2005 that are significantly different than its results of operations from the same period in the previous year. In 2004, Satelinx acquired Satelinx Tracking Systems Inc., a corporation incorporated in the Province of Quebec. As a result of such acquisition, for the six months ended June 30, 2005, Satelinx expects to report a net loss of approximately $3,916,879 as compared to a net loss of $12,000 from the same period in the previous year. This is due to operating expenses of approximately $4,218,511 offset by revenues of approximately $301,632 generated by Satelinx Tracking Systems Inc. For the same period in the previous year, Satelinx had no revenue and $12,000 in operating expenses.
