Online Skill Gaming Broadening Its Appeal to Growing Number of Gamers

BEVERLY HILLS, CA, Jul 18, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) --

CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTC BB: CYOS), a leading provider of online gaming software, is pleased to announce that it has now reached a user-base of two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) play-for-fun members on the CrediPlay Network, through its affiliates and the proprietary game site, www.skillarcade.com.

The past few months CYOP has worked on building its presence though interactive search engine optimization and fundamental marketing. As an example, the term "skill games" on Google.com has ranked www.skillarcade.com in the top 5 sites for the past three months.

The company also credits the growth to its entertaining features on the CrediPlay network, including easy to use websites, and games that are both challenging and fun. Most importantly, SkillArcade.com does not prohibit its customers from playing for fun with restrictions on playtime.

The Company intends to soon begin work on monetizing this database by converting players into cash contestants on its other sites, including TenSeatPoker.com, which is going through some final upgrades and enhancements.

More than 200 online poker sites collectively are generating about $3 billion a year in revenues, equal to 60% of last year's $5 billion in gambling revenues from all of the Las Vegas "Strip." An estimated 1.7 million players are active online, meaning they've played in the past six months.

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, commented, "We continue to build on the fundamentals of the company by developing strong products and by increasing our player databases. These contestants, in turn, may be converted into cash customers on our poker and bingo games. CYOP is assembling a number of products, and is looking at multiple ways of capitalizing on differing revenue streams."

More than 200 online poker sites collectively are generating about $3 billion a year in revenues, equal to 60% of last year's $5 billion in gambling revenues from all of the Las Vegas "Strip". An estimated 1.7 million players are active online; meaning they've played Internet poker in the past six months. And about 150,000 people play on an average day, according to PokerPulse.com.

Online gaming will continue to be an explosive cash generator.
