it's not oversold or overbought by any means from seeing the RSI.. it's RSI is in a uptrend so i dont see any reason why it should continue going up at least to .63 .. but just in case the MM's play games.. put a stop/loss... it might pullback tomorrow or go sideways...

These crooks have pulled the same BS with DXNL, now trading at $0.008. I do NOT trust SVSE's management, I think they're nothing but filthy pathological LIARS!

$788,000 for a colored brochure? SVSE never paid for it, Global Financial did. I wonder why?

Personally, I've very excited about the Kansas Project, and it will only prompt me to invest in SVSE even more aggressively than before, thereby getting a jump on the pps before it moves up from current levels substantially. Presently, I'm well over 20 Heavy. ("Heavy" is a term that many are using now to designate "thousand" units of shares). Raising that to 50 Heavy within the next several weeks going into the New Year.

Lastly, take a look at the Yahoo Financial board for SVSE, and see that it is currently estimated that revenue growth is predicted to increase some 350% between NOW and DEC 2006! I believe that it will be more like 1,000% possibly higher.

All the pieces are now in place for SVSE to make some very serious upward price movements, only I want to see the existing projects more aggressively exploited-to-market, and financing is the key to that happening.

What's your take on all of this?

Thanks-

Cheers!

CASE WAS DISMISSED

I just recieved a call from Brad Long (Representative for SVSE) and the case was dismissed and in turn there was never a trial date set. All the crap that you may have read about fraud is CONFIRMED as smear campaign in an attempt to lower PPS so these nimwits (shorts) can buy in lower. The Judge in Canada threw the case out the very same day it was brought in <SALUTE> to the Judge!!

Ignore Ignore Ignore and use DD...this company is solid, I have bought stocks in SVSE and she is producing Oil and NG.

Someone asked me "what makes SVSE different

than all the other small O&G companies on the OTCBB exchange"? That can be answered one sentence. Their 40% interest in the North Franklin Gas Field. Which could turn out to have two producing gas formations, making this one of the largest new gas fields in Ca. If that was all they had, I would have still bought the stock. In addition they also have two producing oil wells with room to drill 14 more for a total production of over 1000 BOPD, small yes, but an income producer. Their EVI lease now held by production, with vacinity wells producing anyware from 300 to 900 BOPD. SVSE has 68% working interest in that lease. As a finnancial professional I value these current assets at between $1.00 to 1.25 per share making the company currently worth between $85 Million to $106 Million.
My support for the above can be found below taken in part from a previous post I sent one of our posters. This is not hype, chalenge my numbers, or show me another company on the BB * .51 cents a share with these kind of assets.

Here is my Financial Sector Analysis of SVSE's current asset value. This value is based on production and proven recoverable reserve estimates. This may not be the same value a financial institution would use to finance SVSE, they would probably discount the reserve $value more. See footnotes at the end of this analysis to understand the type of calculations the Finanacial Sector would probably use.

North Franklin: 32% net to SVSE Production = $22 Mil
North Franklin proven reserves = 40 Mil

Joarcam production *56% net to SVSE = 7 Mil
Joarcam reserves 470,000 barrels in place = 5 Mil

EVI well production & recoverable reserves
3 million barrels of oil *54% net to SVSE = 32 Mil

Total asset $ value = 106 Mil

Foot Notes:
1. Reserve estamates taken from SVSE published
documentation and web site.
2. Gas production valued at $11.00 per MCF
2. Gas reserves valued at $4.00 MCF
3. Oil reserves valued at $12.00 per barrel or 20% of $60.00 per barrel oil.
Regards, DJ

[Wink] Here's the latest scoop on SVSE!!

The Intended Insider sales must be posted 90 days before release according to SEC. This was prearranged by SVSE management to finance the drilling themselves if financing was unfruitful.

Now howz that for your management team????? It shows me that these guys are going to make this baby fly come hell or high water.

Secondly, the attorneys for both sides of the financial table are working well into tonight (after hours) to fine tune their agreement.

Thirdly, financing should exchange hands as early as tomorrow, but most probably next week, the amount is to be approximately $8,000,000.00!

This is a very solid company in its early stages of oil and NG production. All fluctuations are the norm for a healthy company as SVSE. You cannot find too many companies that have done their economic homework as has SVSE.

OK, now you decide....if you want to buy shares at $38.55 go to CHK...but you better bring a Queens Jewels to buy in to do any good.

If your shrewd and have done your homework with DD and critical thinking...then buy in at .47 and own far more shares than what could be bought at CHK. Then enjoy your investment they're only going up folks and with NG destined for $20, well you do the math.

Further, when this team had placed Intended Sales of Insider Stocks for backup ONLY to the financing...well to me that says everything.

OBTW....those insider stocks no matter what, will remain with SVSE!!!

Hope this helps

This info was with my conversation with Brad Long this afternoon.

Going Long

Best wishes to ALL SVSE stock holders

STARGAZZER AND CHICKEN LITTLE
[Confused]

http://disney.go.com/disneypictures/chickenlittle/index_flash.html?site=1

Many oil companies presently at status quo are dealing with declines, because the 'euphoria' effect as stated by Greenspan, is seen by those who are jumping onto the oil companies who just recieved their 'financial loans' or 'new purchases'. They are the ones experiencing the upward trend right now. Nothing wrong with that.
Now DD dictates this truth throughout all of history with stocks....sudden spikes....sudden dips etc etc.

But coming here with such GENERIC info and spinning it to denegrate SVSE is vaccuous and transparent.

SVSE is producing, they have complied with the Federal Agencies (SEC) and have been independently reviewed with conclusion as an 'OUTPERFORMER'.

What does this say to a person who simply wants a quick buck? Seems ironic if looking at today's chart doesn't it?

Fact is, look at all the insider trading the management did within the last 90 days and add up all that money. That money was to be used to develop the 2005 phase of its major locations if the loan fell through.

Fact is, approxiamately $8,000,000,00 will exchange hands next week between the Loaning Company and SVSE. You may verify this yourself if you are willing to go to SVSE's home page http://www.integratir.com/contactinfo.asp?ticker=svse&title=null
and speak with Investor Relations at the Coporate Office.

Now the way I see this, is that SVSE is ready to go and next week should confirm all of this post to one degree or another.

This information far outweighs your silly attempt to subvert GENERIC material and use it to bash SVSE.

I would really like to know why you are doing this....if you do answer...don't give us all your old, stale, dried up ad-hominems as you basher's have used before.

Perhaps:

1) You are disgruntled for whatever reason!

2) Maybe SVSE was faster to the punch than you and you missed out?

3) Maybe you simply like attention by being discordant.

Solution: If you are now broke, I would suggest getting a loan at whatever interest rate and buy some SVSE stocks. I believe you would do very well after next week.

SilverStar Energy (SVSE.OB),

has a 40% interest in North Franklin, plans to drill five more wells on the site, once Archer-Whitney #1 is producing. Their combined production is expected to reach between 51 and 60 million cubic feet per day.

At current gas prices of $8 per thousand cubic feet, the cash flow from all six wells could total $480,000 a day or $175.2 million a year.

NG is at $13.92/kft3 today and it has been projected to at least $20 by years end. Now you do the math, eh?

I'm a single investor in this company and I can't stand these two bit bashers around here.

I wouldn't be posting so much, but I like to protect my investment and these bashers are like cockroaches!!!

The Reality Of This Coming Winter:

We are now using virtually 100% of available rigs and STILL losing ground on natural gas.
Yet the analyst community on Wall Street has only increased their natural gas price forecasts to $6.80 for 2006.

It's astonishing, but it's a fact that Wall Street just does not get the depth of the energy crisis in the United States.

WEATHER OR NOT

Now add on a few other facts of life that most seem to deny:

1) When Hurricane Ivan came through last year, it was not known for MONTHS that, in fact, the damage to the offshore oil and gas transportation facilities was extensive. I expect the reports on Katrina to be STUNNING, and unfortunately Rita (and the next few hurricanes in the Gulf) will put us farther behind the 8-ball.

2) Natural gas in underground storage is now certain to be 5%-10% TOO LOW as we go into winter. With Gulf gas production shut-in from Katrina and now Rita, we have ZERO chance of having enough natural gas in storage for the predicted colder-than-normal winter ahead.

3) You cannot take the natural gas storage salt domes to ZERO. We have to keep 500 billion feet of gas in the domes to keep them from collapsing.

4) Colorado State meteorology professor William Gray has increased his forecast for named storms to 20 -- including 10 hurricanes, with six of them being major ones. That is TWICE the normal rate, and he has been deadly accurate on his forecasts in past years.

5) Coal reserves at utilities continue to drop as Powder River Basin railroad blues and Mississippi River barge traffic have taken power plants to dangerously low levels of utility steam coal.

Katrina has shown us that the emperor has NO CLOTHES as far as the U.S. energy situation is concerned, and we have NO WAY other than a massive recession to solve the problem.

It will take an investment of $500 billion at the very least to get the U.S. out of this economy-killing energy disaster.

While we shovel $200 billion to help 500,000 families recover along the Gulf Coast, $258 billion into highway pork projects and $200 billion to fight terrorism in Iraq and Afghanistan, we cannot seem to see the urgency to find a down payment on our self-inflicted energy crisis.

I can't help to recognize that this is a California based natural gas producer with a diverse and extensive portfolio of oil/ng property assets with a calculated worth of several hundred million dollars, and also, all kinds of incredible independent reviews (i.e Reuters, etc.) of enormous increases in future revenues to the tune of nearly $28+ M over the next 12-18 months.

Based on this, it's clear to me that there has been some very serious manipulation and artificial price suppression of this stock, kinda of like the FORCED compression of a heavy spring.

I can only imagine when this pps "spring" gets released, that it's going to recoil to all new heights that will probably shock most of us on this message board.

Personally, I'm looking for a 150-300% recoil in the pps in the several weeks ahead with the news of financing, and in the long term, within 2 to 3 years, I believe we will have a senior exchange listing with a price tag between $8-15 dollars per share!

In the meantime, I'm taking advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity to snap up as many shares as possible as this story unfolds, and in my opinion, it's going to be a BIG ONE, and I just don't see how that wouldn't be possible..i.e...CALIFORNIA NORTH FRANKLIN NATURAL GAS FIELD ALONE FOR STARTERS, with a possible reserve potential of 100-140 BILLION CFG, with $285M from recoverable reserves falling to SVSE's bottom line over time, several years.

This is nothing short of amazing, and I believe that the N. Franklin will turn out to be the largest natural gas field in California history, and possibly, among the largest ever discovered in the U.S. Something like this could eventually have "buy out" by a major like Devon Energy, Evergreen, etc., written all over it!

Cheers!
