Because two shareholders have purchased over 100% of all this company's outstanding shares, Global Links should technically have no outstanding shares.
Bottom line: There is a MASSIVE naked short in this issue and Oppenheimer & Co., Inc has refused so far to delivery stock certificates to a singe 100% owner.
And look at Level II this Tuesday morning - OPCO (Oppenheimer & Co., Inc) is right there on the bid at 7.75 cents - And this is after a serious 66.67% (3.2 Cent) move Monday!
This is also the stock that a few congressional members have specifically asked the SEC about; which is precisely why Sparky thinks these shares are a steal at around 8 cents.
