not the day I wanted so far.

But any of you that watched this in the morning, this was a bid whack at its finest. selling on the bid dropped it to .15 while ask stayed at .27 I put a buy in at .15 but they weren't giving me any,mm's kept it for themselves. now the bid is .22 thats a big difference....

If you don't know what bidwhacking is, its the "art" of selling on the bid knocking down the price for yourself and those following you. Its a newbie mistake.

I think everybody posting here got in Friday...I was wondering at work--because of the wide spread--if MM's shook and walked it down cuz they got caught off guard, maybe. iow, they didn't want a runner...dunno, just asking...I mean this was nothing till they announced the deal with nanoviricide...

a close at .30 or above will be great. .31 is High of day, its always nice to close at or above, where you gapped too.

It dropped hard on very little pressure. the bid ask spread was .15 x .27 and people were selling at .15....not sure what they were thinking.

wide spread was a direct cause of bidwhacking, if you wanted to buy you had to pay .27 but nervous nellies were dumping on the bid, so they kept dropping it, took all the shares they could get and brought it back where it belongs.

A lot of mirror trades today too...

they probably do that so that their prices dont jump up and down with the PR and there is no pumping I guess it stabilizes the prices. if it happened during the day, daytraders would jump in cause it to go haywire.
Slow and steady is good Keith

well, that's good news...I called the Liverpool number and got an answering machine--which is no huge surprise; we knew it was the Mortenson household--and e-mailed NV but have gotten no response. So it's good to see they were busy...from the tone of the PR, seems safe to assume the NV crew will be running operations and the investors will wait for profit, imo. Any thoughts, crew?

what fall? closed .29 on friday. .31 yesterday. it was pretty volatille dureing the day yesterday, but mainly nervous bidwhackers and small sells. with volume .40 is possible, its a low floater.

OK, not too good at this, yet; numbers not adding for me. previous posts indicate a 3.2:1 f/s resulted in appr 79,000,000 o/s, with a float of 9,600,000.

TA just told me o/s before the split was 6,250,000 and--this part agrees--current o/s is 79,900,800.

6.25mm * 3.2 would = 20,000,000 ???

Do these numbers add up for you guys?

also, TA confirms company contact is Robert Weidenbaum, as on PR, and # is 305-860-3307.
Calling him next...

just got off the phone with one Robt Weidenbaum, president of CLX Investor Relations company in Miami (www. clxonline .com). Seems less than forthcoming to me: doesn't know who the Mortensons are, directs questions about company structure to the "company Web site," *can* answer basic questions re float, etc, but all in all seems evasive. Did say that the timing of the PR's is at company's behest, and basically EDot bought the ECCM shell. Says co. hired him/his firm to be spokesman for the company and maybe nothing fishy, but I've interviewed enough people as a reporter to know when someone's playing cagey...any ideas? I'm going to start e-mailing one question at a time...says he will forward to company...

so, I e-mailed the CLX guy--and by the way this is a de facto bump cuz the kiddiepoopers are still with us at this point, perhaps not realiziing all their posts will be erased by tommorow--and chided him for not knowing about the history of the deal and asked whether he or his company is responsible for the new Web site.
