Raven Moon to Spin-off a New Program That Could Double its Ad Revenues by the 1st Quarter of 2006 Monday May 23, 8:31 am ET Emmy Award Winning Producers Create New G-Rated 'MTV' Style Program called TED TV for Pre-School Kids Who Say 'I Want My TED TV'
ORLANDO, Fla., May 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB:RVNM.OB - News) is pleased to announce that it will spin-off a new G-Rated, all music video program for pre-school kids called TED TV(tm) that can possibly double its advertising revenues by the 1st quarter of 2006. ADVERTISEMENT
TED TV's(tm) lovable animated host TV Ted(r), who can be seen each week on Raven Moon Entertainment's, Gina D's Kid Club(r), which is currently airing nationwide on 145 television stations, will be spun-off into his own show this fall. The pilot program will be completed this fall, and syndication will kick off in time for the NATPE Convention in January.
``TV Ted(r) is an animated character who is a cross between 'American Bandstand's' Dick Clark, MTV's Carson Daily and a little bit of the lovable side of 'Sponge Bob' who leads pre-school kids from music video to music video like a pied piper,'' stated Joey DiFrancesco, Raven Moon's CEO and co-creator of the new show along with Emmy Award winning Executive Producer Bernadette DiFrancesco who created the TV Ted(r) character.
``Kids love repetition and kids love music. That's why we will build a new TED TV(r) line-up of commercial stations that can generate advertising revenues for Raven Moon's bottom line and give our broadcasters the opportunity to satisfy their FCC requirements. The stations will initially receive twelve G-Rated music video half-hour programs that they can air six days a week or once a week on weekends over a one year period, starting in the fall of 2005.'' stated Keith Jablon, Director of Raven Moon's in house Syndication division.
Raven Moon recently signed a one year agreement with TVi who has begun selling its commercial advertising time for the Gina D's Kids Club program to various sponsors like Time Life Music, Oreck Corporation and Zoo Books. TED TV(tm) will give Raven Moon an opportunity to possibly double its advertising revenues beginning in the 1st quarter of 2006.

you might get lucky doing a .0001 swing on it. but - if you do a search on RVNM, you will find my own and more importantly Purl's opinion on it. hint: it's far from a good opinion; tread cautiously here imho.

RVNM- Ravenmoon Entertainment I have been following this company for a year. I have purchased the DVD for my 3yr old who loves the Gina D show. The music is catchy and toddlers seem to like it. The company has been creating the additional shows as they state. I believe they have 18 episodes currently and are working on more. So basically, they have a real business plan. I know people who have seen the show on TV in some of the cities mentioned on the website. The financials statements are questionable as they have authorized up to 20billion shares and have absolutely no revenue currently. It would make sense if they are paying their producers and people promoting the show in stock. The question comes in at who keeps selling the shares. I do own shares, however I am cautious because it does seem like a stock scam, however I did see them in Poughkeepsie NY and they put on their performance to a very satisfied crowd. It seems like alot to travel up to NY from Florida if they weren't serious about promoting this show. Could this be a scam that somehow is turning into something that could take off,, we'll find out soon enough.

RVNM's PR today actually made me laugh out loud today, did you catch it Purl?
"our integrity, our good name, our creativity and our passion to succeed is what we bring to the table. We listen to our shareholders and we will be here for them until the job is done."
*snicker*
by "job is done" i thought they meant - to drive the stock price all the way down to it's inevitable conclusion of .0001, which they succeeded admirably at. but now i see - *gasp* who would have believed it - they had a nice R/S and have already sunk another 30% the last few days since. so - basically trading at .00007 now, even "better" than i thought, heh.
there's a few worse companies out there i suppose - maybe MLON and CMKX. not many, though.

.03's, or pre-R/S: .00003's. PR's coming more fast and furious now, as the DiFrancesca's realize that the end is near and soon they might have to get real jobs, maybe at burger king. maybe they could be those greeters at meijers. nah, they've skimmed so much profit out of this slop, at shareholder expense of course, that i highly doubt they'll ever need a real job.
except for companies that simply folded overnight, would be hard to lose $ faster than you would with RVNM. they seem to lose 30% a week for the past year or so.
i do find it amusing that for all the years they've been in business - RVNM is *still* producing less revenue than my 12-year old mowing the lawn. zippo, zero, zilch, nada revenues, let alone profit. i'm not even sure how that's possible, to have exactly $0 revenue even though you're producing tv shows and selling cuddlecrap toys. you'd think they'd have at least pulled in $86 bucks or so over the years. how can Mr. Pockets and GinaD afford beer money?

.02's, not surprisingly, dumped 75% in 2 weeks, on top of the already massive dump throughout the year. $10k in RVNM a year ago would now be worth about - a nickel, market cap on the order of $50K.
dunno why but i find it fascinating to follow RVNM in it's death-kicks, maybe i'm just twisted. the di-F's are pulling out all the stops: worthless warrants to "reward" shareholders (*snicker*), some goofy rearranging of finances with clubhouse videos that's meaningless, even reversing 2 letters in their ticker. if some college offers a course on shady OTC stocks, they should use RVNM as a textbook example of a lot of classic OTC maneuvers.
the funny thing is, it wouldn't surprise me at all if this thing had a short-lived bounce at some point: maybe from .005 to .01. even though of course i know better, is tempting to try to try to play it for a quick 20%, if only to try to bug you Purl, heh. eh i just can't do it though.

also discloses that all told the Di-F's and all raven moon company officers hold: .42% of the common stock. what a vote of confidence! *snicker*, you didn't think insiders would actually *buy* this crap, did you?
i wonder if RVNM can set a record for the shortest time period between R/S's...

.013, won't be long now before sub, the pace of PR's is ramping up too as joey gets desperate. i feel bad for screwed shareholders, but i admit i take great glee in seeing the cash cow for these scam-artist bozos finally being on it's last legs. gravy train is almost over, joey.

trying to hock some GinaD signed book on ebay for $5k? granted it's for charity, but - uh, i don't think they're going to get $5k for it. maybe $5, if someone is desperate for reading material in the can.
funny thing is - i bet on this one it'd be possible to try to play some mini-bounces say from .01 to .015 or so. but just no way i'm going to touch it - would truly be playing with fire and i'd darned well deserve to get burned.

took longer than i expected, the little sucker was stubborn, but - finally went sub today, down 10% to .009.
the 100-for-1 warrant dividend PR from a few days ago cracked me up, this company is too funny!
"This warrant dividend is intended as a reward for our loyal shareholders who have supported us throughout the years,'' said Joey DiFrancesco, Chairman and CEO of Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc."
wow, what a reward!! investing in RVNM would have lost you 99.999% of your money over the last year or so, but - those warrants are dang nifty and make up for everything, thanks joey! what a swell guy. my pal, joey.
i admit that i *really* want to try to play this POS for a teeny amount, just for a bounce from say .006 to .008. main reason of course - just to bug you Purl, heh

death spiral continues, .0061. over/under for the next revere split is: one month. over/under for next S-8 (to go along with all the other ones) is: 2 weeks.
some hilarity in the daily desperate PR today though:
''Recently we exercised 943,160 warrants at $0.02 and converted them to restricted shares when the stock was trading at only $0.01 per share. One of the reasons we did that was because in our opinion GINA D'S KIDS CLUB(r) is going to be the next big thing and we can't wait to exercise more warrants on a 100 to 1 basis on October 1, 2005,'' stated Joey DiFrancesco Chairman and CEO of Raven Moon."
hard to imagine a better way to lose money than putting it into RVMN. if you would have put $10K in it a few years ago, you'd *literally* have about...a buck left, no joke.
this is of course why they changed their symbol from RVNM to RVMN - to make it harder for people to track just how monumentally sh!tty their stock has been.
to be fair, it is true though, that Joey bought some shares on the open market. you can find it at edgar online here:
he bought 943k shares in a desperation move. but you can also see that up until that point, he only owned: 24087 shares. that would amount to: $146.93, by my calculator. that's even less than the $666 gross profit they list on their last 10Q:
$666 gross profit for "sales of plush toys and cd's". i believe i could make that much if i had a garage sale. and my costs and expenses for the garage sale would not be $3,751,964, as RVNM's were last Q.
that is pretty nifty: to spend $3,751,964 to make $666!
you've raked in vast sums of cash by ripping off shareholders, joey. but - the gravy train is *just* about over.

Thanks Blue i needed a good laugh today and this one did it 4 sure!!!!
By the looks of it we are all in the wrong damn side of this stock market thing, we should all be out profitting $666 on the company and selling $100,000 worth of stock and then taking 100:1 back out. What a joke that these idiots can even be ALLOWED to put out a PR. Again thanks and GL away from all thses types.

joey is closing in on taking his rightful place on the "throne" with such characters as mario pina at MLON and urban casavant at CMKX.
it all amounts to: a big net $ flow out of investors pockets, and into the difrancesco pockets.
it's sad to see, really. especially on the OTC, there are way too many people investing hard-earned $ in "companies" like RVNM without doing any research, often those who can least afford to lose it.

just called RVMN to clarify there offer, and to ask why should i exercise this warrant at .02 a share when i can buy through my broker at .005, the only answer was i cant give you any financial advice. is that about the lamest thing they could say, word for almost word send two checks one for $5.00 another for .02 x # of shares + $20.00. thats 4 times market price and almost 3 times brokerage fee man i am pissed what a scam i sell every share i own but the transaction fee would kill me. NO LOL

forgot to check in on my old buddies at RVMN lately, let's see what they're up to...
ok so back on 9/26 they put out a PR about some animated film that "could catch disney's eye". a few minutes later maybe they had 2nd thoughts about bandying about the disney name with really no reason to, and issued a corrected PR.
from the PR:
"The newest G-Rated independent film, 'March of the Penguins,' has already taken in a total of $70 Million in box office receipts to date."
i am willing to bet a substantial amount of money with any poster here that "Gina D & The Transistor Sisters The Movie" will not take in $70M in box office receipts.
"could catch disney's eye". really, i guess you can get away with anything, when you phrase it as "could". maybe i should start issuing PR's about myself:
"blue_in_MI *could* wed scarlett johansson"
let's see, moving on:
on monday they "Do It Again" with the kool-aid thing, exercising more .02 warrants. this time, a fair amount: $100K worth. i have to hand it to them: that is a lot of money. i catch myself wondering: could some of that $ raised from all the S-8's they've filed recently, been partly put towards additional pay for the DiF's, which they in turn used to do the whole warrant thing? am not *saying* this happened, but - the thought did cross my mind, i admit.
then today, jeb bush announced to be on ginaD:
"In the episode, Governor Bush will play Gina D's next door neighbor "Jeb" who brings Gina a postal package containing some books that was delivered to him by mistake. Since he has performed a "good deed," Simon, the Cuddle Bugs and Gina invite him to read one of the new books that has just arrived."
maybe dubya will lend job "my little goat" for the appearance?
anyway, continued strange happenings, the whole kool-aid thing still strikes me as just so absurd that i don't even know what to say about it.
btw, none of all this stuff seems to be working: RVMN closed at a new all-time low today of .0038

that's a 90% decline in a month, and about a 99.999% decline in a year. $10K put in RVNM a year ago would currently not even buy you a cup of coffee.
the DiF's also paid more than 15x today's closing price to drink the kool-aid and exercise the .02 options: the $100K they dumped in now worth about $6500. must be some lousy tasting kool-aid.

shareholder's meeting announced to be 11/18, that should be a fun event, heh
is pretty funny to go reading at edgar online about just how much $ the diF's pull out of RVNM, while shareholders get the shaft. here's the salary schedule for the next few years, straight from the 10K:
of course this doesn't include the endless millions of free stock shares, though of course it's basically worthless stock.
amusing to to see GinaD's salary, who is of course the daughter of joey. not bad, a $752/mo lease payment for her car, courtesy of shareholders, on top of of course wads of stock and other pay.
that must be some nice wheels, i bet you can lease a nice car for $752/month. probably better than my '89 wagon, heh
end of the gravy train is drawing near though, as dylan would say - "you'd better take your diamond ring, you'd better pawn it babe..."

let's see, what are my buddies at raven moon up to lately?
they actually had a minirun based on some PR about ginaD being on more stations yada yada, almost doubled to .002. didn't last long though, pps already eroding back to .0015 range.
i see they postponed their annual meeting. i can't blame them, if you were joey would you want to face shareholders?
no one should be surprised by their 2 SEC filings this week. that pesky edgar online, makes it so easy to track their moves. am almost surprised RVMN hasn't delisted, you'd think it would be wise for them, so they can do what they want without that pesky traceability.
"The Company adopted the Amendment to increase its authorized capital stock by authorizing an increase in Common Stock to 20,000,000,000 shares of Common Stock."
*snicker*. I'M SHOCKED!!! more shares?!?! never could have seen that coming. heh. note that the current authorized is 5B, so this would QUADRUPLE the A/S.
