Yep I got filled at .12. Been watching this one all last week as it dove under an RSI of 50. Look at the history of the chart. Could be an easy double on this bounce. Looks way oversold.

Item 1.01 Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement
On March 18, 2005, the Largo Vista signed an Agreement and Assignment of Certain Contractual Rights and Benefits (the Agreement), with Shanghai Offshore Oil Group (HK) Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Oil) pursuant to the Agreement in Principle. Under the Agreement, Shanghai Oil assigns to Largo Vista all of its rights under a prior contract with Asiacorp Investment Holding Ltd. to purchase fuel oil from Russia and deliver it to The Peoples Republic of China (the Asiacorp Contract). The Agreement states that deliveries will begin no later than May 18, 2005 and continue for a period of thirty-six (36) months at a rate of up to two hundred thousand (200,000) metric tons per month. The assigned Asiacorp Contract provides that the estimated value of the maximum potential deliveries over the life of the Agreement, at the market prices in effect at the time of the signing of the Asiacorp Contract on July 22, 2004, to be approximately one billion, two hundred thirty million, nine hundred sixty thousand dollars ($1,230,960,000.00). The Agreement provides that Largo Vista will be guaranteed a minimum of two dollars ($2.00) profit per metric ton, and that Shanghai Oil will continue to be responsible for the logistics and financing of the delivery of the fuel oil. In exchange, Largo Vista will issue to Shanghai Oil one hundred million (100,000,000) shares of Largo Vistas common stock, to be issued in three increments, one-third within ten days of the signing of the Agreement, the second one-third one year later, and the final one-third one year later.

Compare that with the previous PR regarding the contract and you will find that this is not nearly as impressive as it first apprears.
1. "at a rate of up to two hundred thousand (200,000) metric tons per month" - key word = "UP TO", this does NOT committ to this.
2. "guaranteed a minimum of two dollars ($2.00) profit per metric ton" - two dollars per ton does not = 1.2B. 36 months x 200K metric tons @ $2.00 = $14.4M over three years assuming best case senario.
3. "Largo Vista will issue to Shanghai Oil one hundred million (100,000,000) shares of Largo Vistas common stock" - I believe this is what scared everyone yesterday.

Got it. I hope you are right. Even though the news about the contract was not as rosy as it was alluded to in previous PR posts, sub-0.15 was a little low for this with what it has to offer.

My thinking on this is 99% technical. The chart history has a strong pattern if you look at the RSI(14).
It seems to leap regardless of PR. And it seems to always leap well above 50%. I was tracking this for about 2 weeks and was hoping for a buy in at 10 cents. I think keithsan and others found it before then and bought it up
I think we got a good gainer for the next 2, maybe 4 days.

That's two of us that hope I'm right
You in the red on LGOV?? Or in general. I'm in the red in general from that bloody last couple weeks.

Took a position and gambled the annual would drive it up. I was in Monterey since last Thursday PM and did not have access to the computer... Yes, not smart, hence the word gamble.

lol, everybody wants rockets in the pennies.
The volume is here and it already recovered from one dip. I don't expect this to march up without any trips. I think it will break .20 this week.

We have some historical sticking points to address. Sat here around .155 before it dropped yesterday and was well established around .175 - .180 earlier in the month. I see these as the resistance points that will define its movement.

Have any of you seen some of the funny T&S postings. I am seeing trades of like 100 and 500 shares. Not a real conspiracy theorist, but find it hard to believe that people are willing to pay commissions for $15 worth of a penny. Could be type-o's, buth there have been several this morning.

Ya, I also noticed a sell that went through at .0163.
Could be a typo for .163.
Some big buys came through in the morning (several thousand dollars each) and have continued since, but there are also these tiny transactions. I don't believe they are MM signals, but rather people not submitting AON orders.

Seems like the MM's want to drop the bid, but nobody is interested in selling. I hope this is the case as it could mean a little push near the end of the day.

feeling pretty good going into the close like this. upped the bid 3 times and only managed to get one sell of 9K. One might speculate about the possiblities of a gap in the AM.
