Looks like the initial shock has played itself, and people are taking their gains. Let's see where it establishes support.

If it is going to run, this is the consolidation point. Can't be sure until it breaks the high of .289. Volume pushing 3X avg.

Looking for feedback on the following - both on facts and logic. A little long, so forgive my typing/editting skills.
The following is from the 10QSB dated 15 Nov 04: A/S (common stock) = 400M O/S ~ 270M A/s (preferred stock) = 25M O/S = 0 Qtrly losses were 89,234 Previous 9 mos were 235,022 (down from over 400K) Current Liabilities = $1,153,407
The following is from PR dated 28 Mar 05: 6,690,000 metric tons/37 month contract $1.5 number comes from ~$224/ton @ current prices Focus should be on quantity and duration of contract as prices fluctuate and are near highs. (To be concervative - and simplify the math, I will use $200/ton. This also averages a 20% price flux.)
Months 1-3 (May - July) produce 30K tons/month. This is $6.0M/month, last two months of the 2d qtr and the 1st month in the third qtr. Months 4-37 produce 200K tons/month. This is $40M/month or $120M/qtr.
At the current O/S, that is .022 cents earnings/share/month for the first 3 mos and .444 cents earnings/share/qtr thereafter, bases solely on this contract.
These figures suggest instant profitability, however, they do not account for increased costs to provide for the increased demand of the contract. Other concers are volitility of the LPG market and the reliability of contracts being honored.
Finally, there is the issue of share structure. If my facts are correct, there are 400M A/S with roughly 270M O/S. If the company does in fact have the ability to become profitable, is there motivation for a split or would it be more likely to hold share supply where it is and let the price go up. The last PR stated, "with an approved price structure assuring LGOV profits, this milestone should move the company closer to a national market listing and help make the next move easier." This would suggest they are interested in letting the price/share go up facilitating a move to one of the big boards.
Ultimately, shareholders will have to wait for definitive news from LGOV, but I am interested to know what you all think about the future play of this company.

I think you summed it up pretty well phrogger. I bought yesterday at a pps higher than where it's at now, but I'm holding long because the facts presented looked very good. It also appeared to me that management was going for an increased pps for a 'big board' listing.

I think a week might be a little hard to predict as MM activity is always a big factor in these pennies. I fully expect them to play with this for all it is worth.

The calm before the storm. As far as LGOV is concerned, the pop last week demonstrated howmany have been watching. Now, people at waiting for the 10K to be release to see how the company outlines the impact of this contract.
"A copy of the definitive agreement is will be attached to the Companys Form 10-KSB to be filed on or before April 15, 2005" - from the latest 8K.
I am pretty sure there will be a large part dedicated to discussing future operations in light of the new contract. What I am interested to see is if they outline business plans and projected costs associated with the contract.
