RMBS had a similar lawsuit with infineon. It took them five years to reach a settlement. I remember court ruled in favor of RMBS at least two years ago, if not longer. The the appealing and countersuiting et.c emerged and RMBS ended up getting $50 mil while spent $30 mil on lawyers, even though their lawsuit was in a ven larger scope than the one we see here. That's why I'm saying to LEXR longs: don't count the money yet. It'll take a long long time and cost LEXR lots of lawyer fee before it's a done deal. Considering the size of LEXR and Toshiba, I think they'll end up settling outside of court for a much smaller amount. The only danger for this put is that court is considering putative damage award and they might issue another news next few days, even though the possibility is slim.
