sold (too early, as always) at .155 yesterday, back in on the dip at .125 today. i think it'll *eventually* top .20 within a year or so, plan to just hold long and forget about this time. we'll see how it goes.

Slim, it may go above .20 before fall. The IESV team has put this together the right way. They have engineers from one of the world's largest companies with mega experience in energy--oil, nuclear. There is no shortage of manure.

Just wait until they get more biodigesters in production. Very few people know about this--at this time.

line befor fall.I hope it goes to .25 in 3mos,
but I don't count on it. I find it better not
get my hopes up to high. I look for this to be
5-10.00 stock someday, but I may not be here.

Intrepid to Build Gas Pipeline for New Biogas Plant
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho - PRNewswire-FirstCall - March 3
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho, March 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Intrepid Technology and Resources, Inc. (ITR) (BULLETIN BOARD: IESV) a renewable energy company has determined that due to recent positive developments related to new financing options and better than predicted gas production rates being experienced at the Company's operating Whitesides facility, expansion of the previously announced WestPoint Dairy Project now will include a commercial pipeline.

The WestPoint Dairy, on which ground breaking will begin this spring, is ITR's second commercial biogas production facility and is the "anchor" dairy for the much larger Westside Project planned for the Wendell, Idaho area.

Future plans for the Westside Project include an extensive networked biogas pipeline collection system, but that portion of the project was not programmed to begin until late 2006. However, based upon the gas production volumes being generated at the prototype Whitesides facility, the WestPoint facility will produce over 110 million cubic feet of gas per year and process 240 million pounds, 30 million gallons, of animal waste from that single location. The gas production makes the installation of a dedicated pipeline economically feasible. Further, the $20M bond inducement resolution passed by the Industrial Development Corporation of Gooding County in January includes sufficient capacity and authority to allow inclusion of a pipeline gathering/collection system.

The design for the WestPoint facility is currently being modified to accommodate this change. The portion of the pipeline being included will also serve as the main trunk line for the larger Westside Project and will be the line to which future branch lines will connect as additional digester facilities are brought on line in the area. This is a significant step in that in allows the Company to accelerate its "Methane to Market" business objective by providing a critical link in distributing biogas to the consumer.

About Intrepid Technology: We are a national leader in Methane to Market technology and production and an application innovator of Biogas products and services designed to assist in worldwide energy independence and reduce pollution from renewable agriculture feedstock and industrial and agriculture waste materials.

Statements released by Intrepid Technologies and Resources that are not purely historical are forward looking within the meaning of the "Safe Harbor" provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, including statements regarding the company's expectations, hopes, intentions and strategies for the future. Intrepid Technology Announces 30 Million Cubic Feet a Day in Natural Gas Production
Wednesday March 16, 9:47 am ET

WENDELL, Idaho, March 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The announcement of a natural gas pipeline, built by Intrepid Technology and Resources, Inc. (ITR) (OTC BB:IESV.OB - News), a renewable energy company, in the heart of southern Idaho's dairy industry has one rural mayor pretty energized.

Mayor Paul D. Isaacson in Wendell believes that the renewable energy company will not only bring to his community as many as 125 jobs, but it will measurably reduce the affects of the 350,000 head of milk cows and cattle that surround the area.

``What ITR brings to our area is not only jobs, related to their biogas production and sales, but an inroad onto air quality issues,'' said Isaacson. With the estimated 350,000 cows in the region the waste is overwhelming as well as associated odors. With that many animals within seven miles of Wendell, and by utilizing only half of the available manure from the area, would result in over 30 million cubic feet a day in natural gas production. Truly the Wendell area of Idaho could equal many small to mid-range natural gas fields found within the U.S. and make Wendell the natural gas capital of Idaho.``

The Methane production is the first of three phases of the ``Green Energy Industrial Park'' slated for the Wendell area. Included in this phase will be the installation of a pipeline in the two county areas to accumulate the gas to a central point where it can be ``packaged'' or made available to the end user. Soon to follow is the plan to expand the ``Green Energy Industrial Park'' facilities to produce Bio-Diesel using the oil grains that can be grown locally.

``Finally the crown of the entire project is the Ethanol production that would be added to the facility, which would make Wendell truly the energy capitol of Idaho and a key player in making the western part of the nation energy independent,'' said Isaacson.

Dr. Dennis Keiser, ITR's chairman, noted that the gas production quoted by the mayor of 30 million cubic feet of gas per day would make ITR's gas production in the Wendell-Jerome area of Idaho one of the most significant new gas fields within the continental U.S.

Dr. Keiser stated, ``We are pleased with the validation Mayor Isaacson provides to our Methane to market approach relative to production and distribution of biogas and recognition of the substantial environmental impact our company provides the dairy industry. We are also pleased to be working with the community of Wendell to potentially build other bio-fuel facilities such as bio-diesel and ethanol.''

Statements released by Intrepid Technologies and Resources that are not purely historical are forward-looking within the meaning of the ``Safe Harbor'' provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, including statements regarding the company's expectations, hopes, intentions and strategies for the future. Investors are cautioned that forward-looking statements involve risk and uncertainties that may affect the company's business prospects and performance. Wish I had gotten in then. Seems to be dropping again for now but still green. I bought this for long term so a slow move up is what I'm looking for.

I just got off the phone with a Mr. Brad freeze in Idaho, he had some interesting information on patents, the sale of the gas now being produced,
the equipment for drying the gas after the next big project is completed. Also some words about the competition. If you are interested give him a call at,1-208-529-5337. This is long term buy but by next year at this time will be worth good money.
