(OTC Bulletin Board: USURE), a leading regional provider of wired and wireless
high-speed broadband communications services, announced today that revenues
for the nine months ending September 30, 2004 were $5,098,714 compared to
$236,448 for the prior year. Gross profit for the nine months ending
September 30, 2004 was $2,626,745 compared to $105,378 for the prior year.

restructuring and revenue generation initiatives designed to build real

rapidly as possible."
During the last three quarters Usurf has experienced dramatic growth, with
revenues increasing from $166,230 to $2,293,513 then to $2,638,971, and gross
profit has increased from $25,582 to $877,983 then to $1,720,179.
Vital components of this success include investing in profitable business
segments, such as: increasing revenue in key MDU projects, eliminating
investment in non-profitable projects, and negotiating new and lucrative
contracts. The company also was successful in canceling 50 million warrants
previously issued to investors as a component of on-going efforts to reduce
share counts and increase shareholder value.

Key highlights for the quarter include:
