Wireless Age Reports Record Revenues During November

Business Editors / High-Tech Editors

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 2004--
Wireless Age Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:WLSA) announced
today that revenues for the month of November 2004 were $1,561,396 as
compared to $1,119,682 in November 2003. This represents the highest
level of revenue recorded by Wireless Age as a public company.

Retail strategic business unit (SBU) revenues were $995,254 and
wholesale revenues were $566,142. A year ago the revenues of retail
operations were $710,351 and wholesale revenues were $409,331. Year
over year, for the month of November, retail operations grew by 41%
and wholesale revenues grew by 39%. The Retail SBU growth is
attributable to increased market penetration of cellular products in
Western Canada that is expected to continue over the next few years.
The Wholesale SBU growth included the Company's recent acquisition,
Marlon Distributors Ltd. and the continued acceptance of Vertex
Standard two way radio products in Canada.

John G. Simmonds CEO and Chairman of Wireless Age, commented, "The
Retail Strategic Business Unit completed 1,536 new activations during
the month, bringing the number of customers under contract to
approximately 40,000 at month end. Utilizing a simple 10 times
multiple, it would not be unreasonable to assign a $20 million value
for our retail strategic business unit alone."
