Due Deligence (DD) is by going to yahoo.com and type the ticker's symbol, then look up that stock. You can find many things about your prospect. You may go to ragingbull dot com and type the symbol and read what others think. I am not an expert but if you are a long term investor, and like tech compnaies for example, check the "investing section" on cash flow. If, for example, the cash flow is negative (-) its a good sign, because they are investing.

after you find the companies of interest don't forget to do simple google searches as well...
financial news is good, but "buzz" is created by other news as well....

I looked at them. Where do I start? I feel old I want to tell you to stay away from stocks like this. Toxic finanicing everywhere. Anytime a company cuts a deal for shares u lose. Anytime they raise the share count to the billions u lose. I would need to know where u bought in at? What u are looking for in profits? Anybody can make 10% on any stock. The key is to find the ones that you will not lose 50-95% by a reverse or s-8. I like clsi when it drops safe. I have not bought in all my money is tied up in 1 stock right now. I know do not put all your eggs in one basket. But I do not see anything close to it right now. Yes my eyes are closed for a few weeks but I slid all the chips in on one. I just read to 10q for the stocks you listed. I did not look real deep. You might look at newer companies or shells before they start living the ceo lifstyle on shareholder pockets.

DoubleL; I bought in/Looking for:
TNGO,@.0105/.05
PTSN,@.0012/.01
EWND,@.0025/.01
SEIH,@.0064/.41
From all the dd I can gather, all the news items I can read I believe these four are the one's that are best for me. I especialy like TNGO, & SEIH it really looks like SEIH has a good forward plan and is hitting all his marks. As far as putting all your eggs in one basket I believe you do what you think best and forget about all of the quotations, all it takes is one stock to make us very rich and happy.GLTY

That's not always true, they maybe investing but if this company has alot of expenditures, say G&A, or any long term debt, this could hinder the stock from performing the way that it should.. no debt, generally means a stable company, and good performance given proper amount of time...
