Michelex Corporation's Board of Directors to Meet Concerning a Possible 5-for-1 Forward Split

MASSENA, N.Y., Sep 13, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Michelex Corporation (OTCBB:MHXC) announced today that its Board of Directors will meet Sept. 17, 2004 concerning a possible 5-for-1 forward split of the Company's common stock.

The Board will meet September 17, 2004 to discus a possible forward stock split. If approved stockholders will be entitled to five shares of common stock for each share of common stock held on the split date. The proposed stock split is subject to regulatory approval.
