Great company, they are undergoing stock dilution currently. Most likely to fund the recent purchase of Dolphin. This is a very responsible and capable company. When the dilution is over I believe it will rocket to back to .30 JMO

relax keith--i'm not perfect...i was hoping someone would point out what i missed....
i do think this one could do .30$, but i don't like to post buy and sell points...

it's just a question of timing...
i'm putting most of these out lately so that people can build a watchlist.

it's been real slow lately (up until the last three trading days) so i've been reading a lot of SEC filings...

i'm seeing BUYING volume again in quite few

PS: some dilution is GOOD....you just have to work out the details......

My mistake, the financing was completed on June 11. That's what I get for goofing off this summer and not following my favorite companys closely.

I was rereading past PR'S trying to find the referance I was thinking about. Couldn't find it. Basically it said that some of the big shareholders had become unhappy over the financing and were selling a major portion of shares. The timeline was to be finished around Sept. PJTG is expected to post being profitable in the next quarter filing. With a snowballing effect of quarter on quarter expanding profits after that. I have been watching this company on the sidelines for a long time. I don't know where the exact low is and don't think I should try and pick it. It would seem though that when profits are posted it will certainly run probably in the next 30 days.

low volume and low float are not bad....
they do provide for HIGH volatity, which can be very unnerving. especially when the day traders get ahold of it.....they haven't yet...

there is a lot of value here that is not reflected in the current PPS....

good luck
