Is there a given time to get delisted? I'm wondering about FRCP.

I just spoke with Steve Ellis at Intrepid Tech. He said the delisting process took them 5-6 weeks and wont be final until June 28. Further he says this is by no means a simple or automatic process. You have to have the expertise to become a pain in their bull and to do that in French. Apparently no laws are being broken but the shorting does require a sympathetic broker.
