One Voice Technologies' Media Center Communicator Demonstrated in Microsoft Windows Hardware Showcase at WinHEC 2004

***

High-Tech Writers / Business Editors SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WinHEC 2004-- One Voice Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:ONEV), developer of 4th Generation voice solutions for the Telecom and Interactive Multimedia markets, today announced that Microsoft will be demonstrating One Voice Technologies' soon-to-be released Media Center Communicator(TM) in the Windows Hardware Showcase at the 2004 Windows Hardware Engineering Conference (WinHEC). WinHEC brings the PC industry together each year to explore the future for the Windows platform and is being held May 4-7, 2004 in Seattle at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. The Windows Hardware Showcase will enable visitors to see firsthand what the future holds for Windows-based solutions. One Voice's Media Center Communicator, scheduled for release mid-summer 2004, seamlessly integrates with Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 by adding a complete communications package including sending and reading e-mail, SMS text messaging to mobile phones, instant messaging, PC-to-phone calling and a full-featured voice command user interface. Windows XP Media Center Edition 2004 is available pre-installed on Media Center PCs and delivers advanced computing, plus easy-to-use integrated digital entertainment including live and recorded television, movies, music, photos and radio. The customer's digital media is all in one place, accessible on either a PC monitor or television display, using a single remote control. "Media Center PCs provide consumers with easy access to all their favorite digital entertainment," said Brad Brooks, director of marketing in the Windows Division at Microsoft Corp. "We are excited to see companies like One Voice continuing to add value to the platform by developing innovative, integrated solutions like the Media Center Communicator voice-command system." "We are glad to have been selected by Microsoft and showcased in their Windows Hardware Showcase," said Dean Weber, president and CEO of One Voice. "Our Media Center Communicator offers an amazing multimedia and communications experience. Imagine walking into your family room and speaking into your remote control to play music, watch TV, read and send e-mail, call to order a pizza or instant message a friend. Our Media Center Communicator delivers on this vision and will be available to consumers this summer." About Windows XP Media Center Edition Microsoft Windows XP Media

funny, this technology, if it works as advertised, make the laser keyboards already obsolete...LOL
according to SEC filings, they demonstrated their voice to text messaging in several languages at the last share-holder meeting...

they are getting financing by issuing shares, but it looks like they are not overdoing it....

Microsoft chairman Bill Gates on Tuesday demonstrated a prototype PC, built with Hewlett-Packard that uses biometric security aand voice commands and is a hub for high-definition TV, movies, music, phone sservice and Web access. Gates urged developers at Microsoft's annual windows hardware engineerng conference to make the concept a reality.

i doubled down today and unless it runs up hard tomorrow wil probably do so again....
i have read thru most of the recent SEC filings and i like what i see..
there has been some dilution, but it is reasonable in nature. they have spent a lot of money getting this technology ready to go and i eagerly await MSFT's verdict......
i would love to be able to talk to my puter instead of using the keyboard.....

i have been using media center based puters for awhile.....
i use VAIO instead of HP, but the media based puters have beeen the leaders in circuit city and best buy for 2 years now....
the hardware people are DESPARATE for new input output technology so that they can convince consumers to UPGRADE their hardware....
i have been HUNTING constantly for voice I/O and there are quite a few, but these guys are in with the MASTER at msft....

i always try to follow the smart money....

Wow. You da man GM. Got in early today. Since the Conference goes thru tomorrow we should see another good day then just a steady climb. This is what makes pennies dynamic- history in the making.

I wish PG would bless us with her ranting and ravenous wisdom. I miss her.

lot of very small trades(5000 shares awhack) going thru on the bid when i was watching,it was mostly buys that were giving the volume. looks like it is setting new support here.... .0315, not ready to sell yet.....

that was .0315, not .0305
