Donald Trump Negotiates with Paris Hilton
NEW YORK — Despite being tall, leggy and glamorous, socialite Paris Hilton doesn't exactly dress or act like a pageant queen.

Donald Trump, however, thinks Hilton could be a pageant host, and is negotiating with her to host the Miss USA Pageant, which he owns.

Trump told Us Weekly magazine he got the idea while Hilton's parents, Kathy and Rick, were visiting him at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Fla. And he said Hilton's infamous Internet sex tape doesn't bother him.

"I've known Paris since she was a little girl," Trump said. "She's a fine girl ... I think she will give the pageant its highest TV ratings."

The 53rd annual Miss USA Pageant is scheduled to air April 12 on NBC, live from the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles.
