Looks to me USTT is scheduled for dilution
relatively soon, per recent proxy votes.

Your comments?

Hmm, $3.00 per share by March. I would
be very interested in reading your factual
basis for this type of gain.

Please provide your rationale for this
type of significant gain.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INSIGHT..HOWEVER, THE COMPANY HAS ISSUED 2004 AND 2005 FORECASTS FOR LARGE SALES GROWTH, PARTNERSHIPS AND PATENTS THAT ARE PENDING FINAL STAGE APPROVAL..cAN YOU SUPPORT THIS DILUTION CLAIM...MANY PEOPLE HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS STOCK AS THE NEXT BIG THING!!!

On possible dilution, clearly you do not
read SEC filings. You really should.

Looks to me USTT is a prime candidate
for a reverse stock split, as well,
say in the range of 300:1 possibly.

Patent pending, well, seems USGA is having
some problems with that topic.

I await your factual presentation supporting
a price of $3.00 per share by March. No doubt
other readers await your factual presentation
supporting these price rises, you claim.

A question for you, why is USTT targetting
only independent grocers for their products
and what are verifiable sales figures?

USTT is down almost ten percent today. Your
comments on this are what?

Assuming a trade price of .25 per share,
down from a previous .29 per share, to
rise from .25 per share to 3.00 per share
over twenty-two or so trading days, what
percentage rise would this be and what
average percentage rise per trading day
would be needed to achieve a move from
.25 to 3.00 per share?

I am sure an astute investor like yourself,
Tipster, have these numbers at hand.

I understand your skepticism regarding this stock...recent SEC filings point this stock in the direction of very soluble with the potential for dilution based on the saturated shares outstanding..however if you look at the overall presentation and the direction that the company is forecasting as well as the recent double digit growth amounts, you will see this stock as a sleeper at its current price..as for the $3.00 prediction, the P/E ratio to operational costs is very low which puts the stock at an advantage to show a surge in stock price before settling back to its true earnings level.

Tipster wrote some quoted comments:

"I understand your skepticism...."

No, you do not.

"...potential for dilution...."

Why did you not warn investors of this?

I am having difficulty with your first
response I have no basis for my comment
about possible dilution, and your now
alluding to possible dilution.

You are contradicting yourself, yes?

"...the company is forecasting...."

My presumption is you believe everything
you read in company sponsored news and
expect all others to believe as well.

"...recent double digit growth amounts...."

I find no factual basis for this.

"...as for the $3.00 prediction...."

Ah, a prediction not based on hard factual
data. Is it prudent to advise investors
this will happen when you are not sure?

You are flatly telling investors this stock
will display a 1,200 percent increase in
price in just over twenty days. Do you
think possibly, this might be just a
bit optimistic, perhaps even misleading?

Some might think you are hyping this stock
with hopes of personal profit, at the loss
of others.

March first will be here soon enough. Either
I will be shown to be the fool, or you will.
