on the conference call they mentioned SEC investigation into their old financing deals so that is prob why its been down. i think these issues will be resolved shortly and the stock will head back up

hahaha that website is like a tabloid. the only thing management mentioned was the toxic financing inquiry which was before the current management team was in place. Nancy Katz was at the helm when they did all the dilutive financing. so do your own DD. as far as Magic Johnson is concerned he actually was on one of the conference calls and spoke with everyone so i don't know what that website is talking about. my 2 cents
