Hi guys, I'm new here, and to the stocks thing. Anyway, recently I have been getting bombarded with emails touting GGSM(D). Granted I am up approximately 75% in the stock, but I know very little about this company – is it a momentum play or is this a buy and hold?

Shareholders have already assumed a negative value of at least $50,000 and the JV's the company has entered in to require at least 4.5 Million in expenses over the next 12 months.
If you really want to give your money away that badly I can suggest a few charities that would gratefully accept.

Timot...once again I will state...the company has no cash and they have no proven reserves with which to secure a loan. The only way they can live up to their obligations with their partner who has the leases is to dilute the hell out of the stock, and I doubt they will meet their obligation even then.
It is a poor mirror of CMKX...aka a diamond scam.
