“CYNX has signed an international distribution agreement with Dollardex, Inc., a Panamanian company, to distribute the Company's products outside of the US. That agreement, along with in-place private placement agreements, provides for adequate financing of the company during the revenue slow startup period.
“The RepeaterStore.com, a leading e-commerce retailer in the wireless booster market, has agreed to an initial purchase of 10,000 units of the company's 5BARz mobile unit. RepeaterStore.com will also develop a dedicated e-commerce site just for the CelLynx product, titled ‘CelLynxStore.com’.
