The Company plans to capitalize on growing demand in the U.S. market for less expensive Chinese-manufac¬tured off-road buggies and go-karts, establish dealership arrangements with leading brands, grow its online sales and leverage its equity to negotiate and acquire synergistic businesses. In addition, San West intends to augment its current design capabilities to expand and capture new markets and to continue to design and manufacture custom body kits for the buggy aftermarket.
