Architects, contracts and owners have greater design flexibility with the WonderWall system. A typical panel will adapt easily to curved and arched design applications. Utilizing the WonderWall system greatly reduces the need for heavy equipment and manpower on the job site. It is a simple process which will reduce or eliminate the need for many specialized trades such as masonry, framing and drywall. The simplified utility installation creates easy routing of electrical conduit and plumbing.
This sysytem allows for a reduced construction time, in fact, it is not uncommon for a few workers to erect the shell of a 2500 square foot structure in less than a day!
The Wonderwall system provides amazing structural integrity, it produces a continuous reinforced and insulated wall with extraordinary strength to weight ratios. The WonderWall system provides excellent thermal and sound barrier because of the modified expanded ceramic foam core which meets all VA, FHA, CMHC and HUD thermal requirements. THe double shell configuration minimized sound transmissions and lowers maintenance costs.
