I just bought 50,000 shares at ~0.12 a share and since this is my first foray back into penny socks in two years I just wanted to post the company here and see if anyone has anything to say.

Anyone have any thoughts on this one?

Further research tells me this company will disolve as they probably won't be able to refinance.

I am liquidating my position as we speak, even taking a penny loss.

Too bad, this company would have had awsome potential if they wern't so screwed financially.

I'll be following this over the next year or so to see who ends up with the technology/patents they currently hold.

Sorry to waste anyone's time.
