I'm in on this one. Anyone got any info on the Solar Power Expo in Long Beach about two weeks ago? This is the best I could find.

One of my big concerns with this technology is the cost of amorphous silicon. On one side, we're competing with LCD manufacturers for the raw material. But, on the other side, the technology of all these lcd manufacturers is becoming increasingly obsolete with LED's being the preferred technology now, and all those spools could be cheaply integrated into solar film production. Anyone w/ a little more tech or market knowledge able to chime in on this?
