SHDG is moving aggressively forward with key patent applications. On 2/09/07, the Company filed a patent application for “hormone removal in water”. The technology uses an ultra high efficiency ozone process, for eliminating EDC’s, (Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals) in water as well as hormones.

This event was quickly followed with a second and complimentary patent application, on 03/26/07. It has been termed as a breakthrough and landmark concept with huge potential for the Fish Farming and Aquaculture Industry. The Company has a patent pending oxygenation process, utilizing micro fine bubbles of oxygen, to improve water quality, supporting the commercial business of fish farming and aquaculture.

New Technology to be High Impact

The new patent pending technology to be offered by Shine Holdings, for the Fish Farming and Aquaculture Industries, through both Licensing and Sales Channels, will make a high impact on the Industry.

SHDG intends to offer technology that contains a ‘mass transfer contractor.’ --a small device; meaning that in most cases, it is 4 to 6 feet square and about 6 feet tall

SHDG management calls it "the world’s best bubble maker". Most of the diffusers on the market now are creating oxygen bubbles at between 100 to 500 microns in size

The company’s process patent enables effective production of bubbles as fine as 1 to 10 microns in size with a 60% rate of efficiency.

Shine Holdings, Inc. (SHDG.PK) is targeting an Exploding Industry Sector

Water Purification of dangerous compounds, is an important activity as it Impacts Fish Farming

Worldwide, the more predictable commercial method of fish farming is growing in popularity versus oceanic harvests. To capture a small percentage of the $70 billion dollar global fish farming market with product sales would be a huge Company success.

Even within the U.S., the $1 billion dollar market is growing rapidly, partly in response to consumer demands for organic and farm raised products. Sales of Organic food products are growing at a 26% annual rate. The ancient profession of fish farming, or aquaculture, has been around for 4,000 years. Today, it is one of the fastest growing segments of American farming.

On A Mission

Shine Holdings, Inc. (SHDG.PK) is on a Mission

Over the last 50 years, science and technology has created a flood of chemicals and compounds. Among them are whole families of plastics, pesticides, lubricants, and solvents. New categories of medicines, steroids, birth control chemicals, and the synthesized non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents/analgesics, have changed millions of lives for the better. All these products however, in various concentration levels, ultimately end up in our drinking water and food supply.

SHDG plans to make long term contributions to water processing by purification, filtration, and the removal of contaminants from drinking water, sewage, and landfills

New Testing Validates Device

New Testing Validates Oxygenation Device, Seen as a Boom to the Fish Farming Industry

According to Shine Holdings CEO Brett Swailes, the company's patented device works by "smashing" water in a high-pressurized cylinder. The output of this process are bubbles no bigger than 5 microns in size - too small to be seen by the naked eye - which super-oxygenates the water. Naturally, this device is perfect for America's growing aquaculture industry, as well as for wastewater cleaning businesses and even biodefense purposes, where gases such as ozone are diffused into water as a way of examining anthrax.

Swailes noted, "Oxygenation is really critical to the fishing industry. Traditionally, the way the fish farming industry has going about oxygenating their water has been through big fountain aerators, which wastes a lot of electricity The Shine System is so efficient it's ridiculous. It's basically done inside a vessel - we've got the product patented, and we've had it in fabrication for months and it just came through."

"In fish farming you have ponds, and the fish are highly sensitive to decreased levels of oxygen in the water, which comes about from the actual respiration of the animals," Swailes continued. "The fish go nuts when they encounter this super-oxygenated water. It leads to vastly reduced times to finish the crop fish. It's been a win-win situation for us as a company profitably."
