SAN DIEGO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 17, 2007 -- Global Pay Solutions, Inc. announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Distributed Power, Inc. (Other OTC:DPWI.PK - News). The new company will be called Global Pay Solutions, Inc. and the companies core business will be in the Stored Value products vertical. The New Company will promote and sell its proprietary Stored Value product line in the United States, South America, Asia and the Pacific Rim. ADVERTISEMENT
Global Pay Solutions has completed its name change with the State of Delaware and has filed for a new stock symbol and CUSIP number.
Global Pay Solutions Inc. will maintain its headquarters in San Diego, Ca. Field offices will also be added in Houston, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia.
