Question is:

Will it slowly tank or slowly go up?

when they get symbol change done with all brokers and it is trading freely this should be very interesting, especiallly with the Presidents claims of being heavily shorted, and promises by the mms to let it run if they did the reverse split...we shall soon see!

I do believe we will start to head up in a very slow but sure manor. They cannot dilute untill May of next year. So, with only 400M Shares any report of profits, sold film, or even high volume will put this over the edge in very quick order.

I would love to see them say more about the auditing about the books and the applications to move off the pinks. We know this is coming soon as this was the whole reason of the RS and to bring in new investors.

Imperia Entertainment Finishes Picture on Feature Film, ``Say it in Russian''

A Company Begins Screening for Select Top Sales Agents

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Nov 24, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Imperia Entertainment (Pink Sheets:IPEI) announced today that it its award-winning editor William Anderson ("The Truman Show," "Fearless") has finished the final cut of its feature film, "Say it in Russian." The film is expected to go to final 35mm print by the end of the year, in time for screenings at key film festivals. "Our screening strategy really depends upon which sales agent we choose to go with," said Kenneth Eade, Executive Producer. "We were approached by John Sloss' Cinetic Media (Napoleon Dynamite, Boys Don't Cry, Little Miss Sunshine), the largest seller of English language films in the U.S. market, for a private screening, so, of course, we had to oblige and let them screen the current digital version of our film with temporary sound and music," said Eade. "Cinetic was interested in screening 'Say it in Russian' from its review of the Sundance Film Festival submissions and the theatrical trailer, and although we have always thought it to be a commercial rather than an art film, it does have some unusual cinematic elements. In any event, we expect this film to be placed by the time we attend the Berlin Film Festival and market in February," he added.
The film's editor, William Anderson, won the 1984 AFI Award for Best Achievement in Editing for "Razorback." He won the AFI Award for Best Achievement in Editing for "The Year of Living Dangerously," in 1982, the same award for "Gallipoli" in 1981 and for "Breaker Morant" in 1980. He was nominated for the BAFTA Best Editing Award for "Dead Poets Society" in 1989 and the OFCS Award for "The Truman Show" in 1998. "William's cut made the film 110% better, and anyone who has seen our trailer, even in its low resolution Internet form, can see that we have something special here," said Eade.

"Say it in Russian," (www.sayitinrussianmovie.com) starring Rade Sherbedgia, Steven Brand, Agata Gotova, and Steven Berkoff, is the company's second feature film. The powerful film follows the story of an American man who falls in love with a young Russian girl and follows her to Russia, where he gets involved in a hurricane of events surrounding her father, a rich Russian oligarch. Legendary talent Faye Dunaway also stars in the film, which is set in the picturesque capitals of Paris and Moscow.

and some that know me better around here know that i have been working on the puerto vallarta film festival with my friend Robert Roessel. http://www.vallartafilmfestival.com/contact.html as you can see he is the president of the festival. he has done work on many films including, Grumpier old men, the world according to garp and funny farm. he worked with warner bros. for 15 years. anyway what i'm getting at, i showed him the trailers for the IPEI movies and he thought SIIR would be an excellent canidate for the Sundance Film festival which is Jan. 19-29th.

Las Vegas Auditions for Imperia Entertainment MMA Movie ``Never Submit'' Announced

Business Wire "US Press Releases "

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IPEI) President James Hergott announced today that the Xyience Training Center in Las Vegas, Nevada will host open auditions for a movie about the sport of mixed martial arts entitled Never Submit on December 16th and 17th beginning at noon each day.

The Xyience Training Center is owned and operated by John Wood and is home to a number of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Pride Fighting Championship and International Fight League (IFL) competitors, many of which are expected to audition for roles in Never Submit.

According to the movie's producer, Cindy Ortiz, "The Xyience Training Center is one of the most popular MMA gyms in Sin City and came highly recommended as a place we should consider inviting to host one of the Never Submit open casting calls. There's no denying the caliber of athletes associated with the XTC are some of the best in this sport and with Vegas being a hotbed for MMA talent, Imperia is making this stop a two day affair. John Wood runs a top-notch operation and I have no doubt we will be able to cast and fill a number of roles on our list."

"Robert Roveta of Denaro Sports Marketing (www.denaroathletes.com headquartered in Las Vegas, NV) and I have been in contact since April about the movie," explains Ortiz. "He is the Jerry Maguire of this sport and works with an impressive list of rising fighters he plans to have on hand to audition including TUF/UFC fighters Alex Karalexis, Josh Burkman, Nate Quarry, Chris Leben and Tyson Griffin. Jervis Cole sent a group of fighters to the San Jose auditions managed by his firm, Zinkin Entertainment (www.zinkin.tv), and a handful should expect to receive callbacks. I encourage other managers and agents to follow their lead as we continue our cross country talent search over the next few months."

"Also slated to audition are TUF season one contract winner and UFC fighter Forrest Griffin, TUF season three contract winner and UFC fighter Rashad Evans, former Octagon Girl and current WFA Ring Girl Amber Nicole Miller and a plethora of IFL, Pride FC and UFC fighters. Top Hollywood casting agents are submitting requests for private auditions for name talent having graced the silver screen in recent years and a multitude of additional requests to host casting calls have been pouring in over the past two months," comments James Hergott, writer and director of Never Submit. "Our staff is working overtime trying to keep up but these are great problems to have."

"Competing in combat sports is something these athletes choose to do...but it's not the only thing they can do," adds Hergott. "Our recent open casting call in San Jose at American Kickboxing Academy turned out some of the biggest and brightest stars representing the sport of MMA right now and we were very pleased with the acting talent and physical skills many of these athletes possess. I'm looking forward to seeing more of what this sport has to offer in Las Vegas at the Xyience Training Center in a few weeks. Pride Fighting Championships superstars Wanderlei "The Axe Murderer" Silva and Mauricio "Shogun" Rua have already been cast."

Inquiries pertaining to fighters interested in auditioning for roles, potential sponsorship opportunities available to companies/vendors and MMA media requests should be made via e-mail to "Never Submit" Producer Cindy Ortiz at cindy*imperiaentertainment.com.

Character descriptions and scripted scenes intended for audition preparation purposes are now available for distribution and may be requested via e-mail * cindy*imperiaentertainment.com or downloaded directly from the movies website * www.neversubmit.com.

"To most professional fighters in this sport, Never Submit is a metaphor describing the way they live their lives," Hergott explains. "These athletes aren't quitters. They have a discipline that runs deep that impacts most of what they do. They have something in their DNA that the rest of us do not. These athletes are competitive by nature and the will to succeed and be number one is always the goal."
