- currently $14.02
- fell from peak of about $30 last July
- up about 9% after July 18th announcement of earnings call scheduled for August 3rd
- penetrated 50-day moving average for first time this year on July 25th
- no insider selling during last six months
- significant insider acquisitions during last six months
- Chairman Fernando Aguirre purchased 21,000 shares at $14.29 - $14.34 per share on May 19th
- stock appears to be significantly undervalued

Closed today at $13.40.
2nd-quarter net income was less than half of last year's 2nd-quarter net income, but was significantly higher than what was expected.
Bought and sold during after-hours trading for as much as $15.35 per share.
