FCEL usually trades in the $8 to $13 dollar range regularly..
It just dropped to the $8's and will probably start a small buying frenzy again..
I have watched this company since it's infancy when it was Energy Research.
I live nearby:)
And have done some printing for it.
Amazing company that trade from $8 to $60 split, then split again, then settled in this range ever since..
Pretty consistant...check them out.
