Any thoughts on EXCS? It had news yesterday, and the chart looks like it's close to ready:

(EXCS) announced today that Academy Snowboard Company has increased its sales in Europe by 181% with orders from leading European distribution company AB Invest, into Italy, Austria, France, Germany and Switzerland. Overall, with these orders, Academy Snowboard Co.'s international orders have increased by 51% year-to-date over last year.

I see they HAD 20,885,483 shs o/s on May 9th, and had some SB2's afterwards. But if I'm reading those right, it looks like the 51.7 million shares, that are going to be issued, are all going to Dutchess for warrants (3mill), sales under investment agrmnts (35mill), and conversion of a convertible debenture (12.66mill). 940k shs are being issued to certain individuals..
