Check with the Company and you will get a breakdown of what was said in these three sentences of the PR..
"King Resources is a development stage Exploration and Production company. King's senior management and corporate advisors have over 130 years oil and gas experience. Three members have each held senior management positions in other public companies, including CEO positions in one NYSE Company and one AMEX Company, CFO positions in three NYSE and one NASDAQ companies, and Exploration & Production management in two NYSE companies."
"CEO positions"- of NYSE and AMEX- Norris Harris. He was CEO of Cenergy on the NYSE and Basin Exploration on the AMEX.
CFO positions in three NYSE and one NASDAQ companies- James Fajack... CFO, OKC Corp. on the NYSE, CFO of Buttes Gas & Oil on the NYSE, CFO of Remington oil on the NYSE, CFO of OKC Partners on the NASDAQ.
Exploration & Production management in two NYSE companies. C. Douglas Smith. Geologist and Chief Geophysisist for Mobil Oil credited with their initial North Sea Discovery. VP of Exploration with Cenergy.
When one looks at all the crappy Pinky's and BB's that have from $100-500 million market caps, this one should be a no brainer to reach that league and fast. "

If a speculator is looking to put a couple of thousand dollars in a stock today for a flip in a week, listening to this Conference Call probably would not exite him.
But, If an investor had $50,000 looking for a one to two year relatively safe home for a Capital Gain in a year, then he should read the script and then listen to that call at least three more times then put in not just the $50k, but also all his available long term speculative capital.
I have seen and heard a couple of hundred management teams over the 32 years I have been involved in the Market. NEVER have I seen a team with this much credentials, knowledge, and confidence, in even a seasoned company, let alone a start up.
I say read the script and then listen to the call at least three times because Norris certainly did NOT follow the script (I guess that is why the call went so long), but what he said in the call was full of reasons why this Company is going to work, and work BIG. I can guarantee you that there is hardly a single pink sheet "Oil and Gas wannabee" company out there, many already with a $100 plus million market cap (let alone just a $28 million market cap that KING currently has)that wouldn't drool over having just one or two of the plays that KING already has after just 10 weeks in operation.
Here is the direct link to the script and replay for those who did hear or see it."
