I am interested in learning more about "flipping" houses. I live in Texas and am looking for qualified resources on how I can learn techniques etc.

I got Carleton Sheets' course from a few years' back...prolly been updated by now

he was the first I know of to make a course...he knows some chit...of course, it's a different economy than when he started...

me? I'd go partners with someone with a lil capital, cuz I can do 85% of the work, lol--got the skills and da tools...

If you've never seen one of these courses, it's worth your while to take a gander...

i have a friend who does this, he makes tons of $$$. he is on the capital end... anyways he buys the houses at the auctions that the cities have and gets them extremely cheap. these houses are in terrible shape but if you had someone that knows what they are doing mechanically and can do it efficiently then you can do well in this business anytime no matter how bad the realestate market is. ive thought about it myself but just have never found anyone to trust with fixing the house the way it needs to be fixed.
