can't beat Obama if the elections were today...
watching the Faux news people ask why and i have to just laugh.
the answer is pretty simple really. Obama is not a liar. He has shown fallibiltiy and he has shown inability to deal with certain important issues in politics, but he IS pretty much what you see is what is what you get,a skinny black guy with big ears and friendly smile.... most of US swing voters are gong to pick that over a smarmy too-pretty face that tells US lies all day long..
Romnney needs a good scar around one of his eyes and a few MM shaved off his chin bones.... then he might look like normal person... the slings adn arrows of outrageous fortune have hit US all.. most wear it comfortably
anybody totally disgusted by bill clintons nose like i am?

Please. Romney is a lot smarter than you all think. All you do is listen to MSNBC, Rachel, Media Matters, of course you will think like you do. Its what you were told.
The media ignores his positive qualities. Mitt Romney took no salary as MA Gov. Why wont Obama do the same as President? Wouldnt that be real change? You all dont want to talk about that though. Family values, successful businessman.
I get the blue collar mentality against him. Hes a "business guy". People get treated bad just because they may look good in a suit and they are in business. Its judgmental and ignorance. I was at a place last weekend where I overhead a comment about this particular county's roads. One person said they were building a new business park when I asked what all this rock was for in the distance, then another person chimed in "yeah some CEO takes all the money and none is left for the roads around here". I didnt even know what to say I just kept staring at the landscape.
The Democrats love to portray Romney as evil because he has money. Yet, when talking about JFK, John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi, or any of the many silver spoon Democrats you never get the same kind of talk. In fact, Democrats care so much about the poor that they wont take a stand to make it illegal for congress members to conduct insider trading for profits. Yeah yeah before you cry about it I know Republicans have profited too. However, if dems are so great why dont they ever take the lead and show by example?
Obama won a nobel peace price in 2009 for....exactly. What a joke.
Here is a nice story on Willard you wont see on MSNBC:

Wow you all need to really focus on the turning point. Not some slanted polls where Democrats are the majority polled when asking if they are going to vote for Obama or Romney.
ITS THE DEBATES. The debates is when Obama and Romney will show us what they are thinking. After the debates come back with your snarks ray.
The latest CNN/ORC poll released today shows a wider lead for President Obama than the previous CNN/ORC poll but it is doubly skewed. It massively under-samples independents while it also over-samples Democratic voters. The CNN/Opinion Research Corp. poll official reports Obama at 52 to percent and Mitt Romney at 46 percent. Unskewed, the data reveals a 53 percent to 45 percent lead for Romney.

So by saying Faux news you are implying its all lies. However, I am watching it right now for lunch and the stories they are talking about...well I guess they are all make believe. Some pizza shop owner giving Obama a bear hug, Obama convention bounce not ensuring a victory for Obama (very true). A Pakistani man who is jailed for helping us get Obama....that must be made up too.
Lets change it to MSNBC and Andrea Mitchell is on. Now she isnt biased one bit...nahhhh.
When people bash fox over and over I cant help but remember this patriotic liberal:
Turns out that guy was a teacher. Speaking of teachers, I have been watching coverage on this Chicago teachers union strike. Shame. They were even offered a salary increase. Chicago teachers are the highest paid in the nation, and when it comes to performance evaluations where they may lose their job they walk out. They make $21,000 more a year than the average American.
Check out the sign and look for the error:

cash, when was th elast timeyou went househunting in ChiTown? or grocery shopping? or to a tavern and ordered a brew for 6$?
once again you are not accounting for reality.
I said they make 21,000 more than the average American. I was in Chicago last summer. Got to see a real nice grand mosque where Louis Farrakhan goes to spew his hatred. The pier was fun though, yeah its pricey there.

A little attention to detail never hurt anyone. Especially if you are representing teachers you might want to put a hyphen and adjust the poster so it spells correctly.

Both only bring hatred to the table. One is anti semetic, and the other is based on the color of clothing and the "block you represent".

Oh and by the way. Faux News, would they ever be guilty of this?
NBC’s ‘Today’ Skips 9/11 Moment Of Silence For Kardashian Interview
At 8:46 AM, in New York City and at the White House in Washington DC, there was a moment of silence to remember when the first plane hit the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. In New York, the NYPD, FDNY, Port Authority Police and the families of the victims were present, while in Washington the President and the First Lady led the moment.
The cable networks all carried it, with ABC’s “Good Morning America” and “CBS This Morning” carrying it as well. The only national general news program to not carry the moment of silence was NBC’s ‘Today,” which, in an odd bit of counter-programming, opted to air an interview with “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kris Jenner, who talked about the new season of the reality show, and her breast implants.
After the moment of silence ended, ABC went right to an interview with actor Richad Gere, while CBS went straight into a commercial break.
Here in New York, NBC did show the moment of silence, as WNBC broke into “Today” to carry locally-produced special coverage.
I guess I need to be more open minded to other TV networks, and realize the importance of the Kardashian family on a day like today.

cash, the honest truth is that most people have not really moved on from the policies that led to eh economic collpase. sure, things still suck right now, sortof... if yo don't have job. but big business is actually doing OK and has been for thelast three years... Romney just ain't that compelling- Bush , people have not forgotten and romeny ain't offering us anything that bush didn't. while Romney has historuically behaved alot like Obama he's now trying to recast himself as a conservative. it just ain't really working out too good for him like that.

Romney does NOT have Robertson. Romney most likely doesnt agree with Robertson since he is a mormon.

cash, you DO NOT WANT to get into discussing Romney's religious beleifs... is tudied up on him and Moromonism heavily last time he ran thinking i might be able to support him right?
i mean i went right to the Book of Mormon as wirtten and as it was online by the LDS and their official sites... the history of Joseph Smith and his special angel and the gold booklet that only he could read? the codes he got to be able to read it? whooot whooot... somebody got eh wrong batch of shrooms on their table if you ask me...
sorry dude, pat robertson is way way saner to my way of thinking...
now i'm more than willing to get along with Mormons and their faith as long as they don't try to position me in their missionary sights
but you do not wan to have a religiosu beleifs discussion abou Moromonism this close to eh 'lection... it is unwinable for Romeny and the LDS is keeping a very low profiel cuz they know i'm right.

Glass...I am really surprised you want to see the govt. continue to be added to at an unsustainable rate. Is your goal 100 million on food stamps too?? How do we sustain GDP when half work for the US gov? Maybe we can buy GM cars so we can boost their sales and claim we saved them??
I can't stand either candidate but my principles are not to give America away and watch as were lied to time and time again.
I don't know.....it just makes me sick. Laziness setting in.

i'm fighting govt waste fraud and abuse in a very personal way right now surf. i'm not 'for' most of this, and if you were paying attention? i went on many rants all the way back whne the govt was handing out tax rebate checks.. remember those?
i'm also positive that people who work for the govt. are jobholders, want them fired too? cuz i'm seeing them lose their jobs now. in fact, i bet that if we didn't lose any govt jobs in the last two years we would be in much better shape. the govt can and should cut 1% across the board in every single dept for five years straight. no jobs cut, just cut the budgets and let them find the savings thru stopping waste fraud and abuse.
stop going after whistleblowers. that's another one that Obama has not been so good about, but neither was Bush or anybody else afore him..
does anybody even remebr that on Sept 10 2001 Rumsfeld announced that the pentagon had lost over 2 trillion dollars? lost it, i mean it, as in they don't have friggin clue where it went...
and furthermore I live in one of the reddest states in the country yet we take in more federal dollars than we pay.. in fact? if you got all the red V blue states in the last Bush election? the red states took in about 1.25 for every federal dollar they sent to washington.. the blue state got less than they sent in..
in other words? i am sick of all of them. MS would be a better state without all those federal dollars. i "compete" LOL against peopel who get grants and do not perform services for them all the time- they do it over and over again.. yet these are the BOZO"S that say they want rid of Obam cuz it's all his fault... it is these peoples fault. hell we have peopel her whomake their living writing grant proposals and nothing else.. rich people too.. i'm not talking abnout poor black folks i am talking about wives of lawyers and doctors country clubbers that do nothing but write grants for a living.. hell they make more than i do and i bet more than you do too...
LOL.. nope i'm no for any of that. i am for people starting to tell the dang truth about what's really going on.. and i'm for being protected when i and others take action to correct misconduct.
IF high taxes hurt the GDP so much? then how in the hell did we get to be the world powerhouse economy witht he taxes they were paying wbefore rteagan cut them? huh? answer me that.. high taxes are not hte problem. Govt spending is part of theGDP, reduce it? and you reduce GDP look it up. it's just added right in cuz it's mostly spent on people who turn around and spend it again... funny how that works ain't it?
stop following the ultra-right wing propaganda. it's wrong... the economy is broke cuz we spend more moeny to buy things we import than we export. no more no less. the rest is BS.

The man has built a pseudo-Christian cult with himself as the voice of God's judgement. He is the very definition of a false prophet.
And Glass you are correct. It has been the public sector job losses that has kept the jobless rate so high. If we had the same amount of public sector positions in this country as we did when Obama first became president the jobless rate would be down something like an extra 1.2%.
I really like this chart display from the Business Insider posted a couple months ago to illustrated the point.

so i watched Romney try to act presidenial today in critisizing Obama for being "apologetic" to Islam..
well, i'll take Obama's form of apologism anyday. he smiles to them, extends a hand of friendship and he sends seals in to kill our enemies while he's doing it. if the job is too risky for the seals? he sneds in the drones. and they accpet his hand of frindship while he's doing htis..
IMO? that is true statecraft... Romney on the other hand seems to be rattling his saber...
when i draw my saber? i want it to be silent and unseen until it meets bone
