MSNBC host Ed Schultz blamed former Gov. Jeb Bush, R-Fla., for the death of Trayvon Martin, the teenager whose death in a shooting has made national news and sparked accusations of racism in America.

"Jeb Bush helped pave the way for this senseless tragedy and remains silent," Schultz said last night on his show. "What a political tragedy."

Ed Schultz, the man who called Laura Ingraham a ‘right wing slut’. (but its not ok for Rush Limbaugh apparently) SCHULTZ, MAY 24, 2011: But you know what they're talking about? Like this right-wing slut, what's her name, Laura Ingraham. Yes, she's a talk slut.

Ed Schultz on Dick Cheney: You’re damn right, Dick Cheney’s heart’s a political football. We ought to rip it out and kick it around and stuff it back in him.’"

Oh well, back to bashing Rush Limbaugh for calling an activist a slut.

nobody cares if you make jokes about Cheneys heart cash.

as for Trayvon? remeber when you prdicted politcal unrest if Obama doesn't get re-elected? leave this guy on the street and you will get it sooner.

it's pretty obvious that the guy committed 2nd degree murder at minimum, and maybe 1st based on th fact that he was told to stand-down by the cops and refused.

i don't beleive it, but i don't even care if the kid did bounce his head off the sidewalk either. He was stalking the kid.... if i saw somebody stalking one of my kids, 'd rip their heart out with my bare hands

Ed was apparently suspended for a week and had to apologize to Laura Ingraham (which she accepted) in order to get back on the air. I would agree though that he got off easy and that there is no need for that type of sexual slander in political debate. Especially on primetime all access formats.

I still don't think you get that there is a big difference between taking aim at an established political rival and sexually demeaning a college student for daring to speak her thoughts in front of congress. That was repressive and repulsive at that same time.

If this had been the only thing Rush had done in poor taste it would have been over long ago. A lot of people are tired of his angry, hateful rhetoric and they are using this as the catalyst to make that known.

As to the Trayvon case, what a tragedy. I can tell you that the guy George Zimmerman did one thing right (calling 911 to report a suspicious person) and absolutely everything else wrong. He acted like a vigilante and I don't care if Trayvon somehow ended up in a fight with this dude, what that man did was not self-defense.

I can see criticizing Jeb for being silent, the police department for being uncaring and cold, and the laws of Florida for creating a crappy loophole defense but I don't see how you can say Jeb Bush killed the kid. George Zimmerman killed the kid but Florida's government will face the consequences if they don't start getting their **** straight and hold Zimmerman accountable.

I'm just sorry not a single person in that community was willing to open their door to a cry for help. We have all become so scared of any physical risk these days, even my own wife tries to stop me sometimes when it is obvious there is no real danger. If one door had opened and someone had shouted that boy would likely still be alive.

didn't OJ get jail for carrying a weapon to the scene of a crime?

i beleive that was th ecorrect decision in OJ's case.

i know that as a repo man in MD DC and VA if i carried agun to collect debt? i was already guilty of excess force. If i used it? i had no defense. This was related to me by more thanone good lawyer...

Zimmerman is guilty of murder IMO. Ther eis no self-defense issue whne you initiate teh violence.

Not even close zippy,I repeat.

Ed said a bad word one time and he apologized , laura engraham acceptd the opolgy and ed lost a week without pay.

Rush went on a 3 day rant in wich he made 70 abusive remaks and said said an opology that was very weak and fluke said she did not accept. That does not even sound close to me. Of course you right wing folks live in your own world and thats why you won't win the election in 2012.
