Census worker hanged with the word ‘fed’ scrawled on his body. The AP is reporting that Bill Sparkman, a 51-year-old part-time Census field worker and occasional teacher, was found hung to death in Kentucky with the word “fed” was scrawled on the dead man’s chest. Investigators are still trying to determine the motive, but “law enforcement officers have told the agency the matter is ‘an apparent homicide.’” “Our job is to determine if there was foul play involved — and that’s part of the investigation — and if there was foul play involved, whether that is related to his employment as a census worker,” said FBI spokesman David Beyer.

you said it bf my concern is this was an unarmed man on a harmless mission most likley not a violient person and a couple of pieces of human garbage did this to him, the census worker.
If they think they are scaring any body they really don't know the government and what it can do. To think this garbage will have right that will give them fairness if caught rights under federal law. To bad.

this is a perfect example how the people end up with bigger govt.
all of our "hate laws" and "civil right laws" come from the fact that in many areas people are not properly or effectively prosecuted for crimes such as this because of who the victims are or are not.
