I've taken a lot of heat from forum members about my attitudes towards some of my tenants. We've also talked in a recent thread about the lack of respect students today have in school.

Two of my evictions this month are a perfect example of why I don't respect deadbeats. The first eviction is a low income family with three kids whose father decided to spend the rent money on a motorcycle instead of the rent. He also has a relatively new HUGE big screen TV. The only question that I asked him as I posted their eviction notice was where he would plug that Big Screen TV in while his family is living under a bridge! IDIOT!

The second set of tenants also seem to lack the right priorities. They spent their rent money on crack instead of the rent. With no money, they won't find a place to live either. Maybe they can live next to the first family under a bridge and they can all watch the blank big screen TV! Thankfully, this shack up couple doesn't have any children!

These were both inherited tenants, meaning that they came with properties I bought.

Respect is earned, not bestowed as a right!

It seems your compassion knows no end.
And you are right!
That first one that spent his money on other stuff, sure does explain why that 16 year old kid got tasered in school for dropping his ID badge.
I mean it just makes sense now that you've explained it this way.
And the crack head who you were forced to kick out?
Totally explains why our government is setting up checkpoints in major cities.
I'll tell you what:
You may have taken heat in the past for being a small minded, puny hearted authoritarian... with no power, in the past...
But those days are over.
You have shown you care about the good of humanity.
And not just that.
You've shown a true understanding of the universe, and us random particles that make it work.
Nicely done Sir.

PM, they learned it from Bush. He sent them that check and told them to go shopping to help the economy. They did, you my friend, are just not patriotic enough. They were serving their country by buying that stuff and stimulating the economy. You should go out and raise and lower your flag ten times today while reciting to the pledge (with one hand over your heart) to improve your patriotism [Big Grin]

If they wanna stimulate the economy...they should get rid of child support.

I live in south florida....and I know.....most women take their child support money straight to the coke dealers....

So all that hard earned money the men make..go right to the overseas drug business...that is tied to secret accounts of the US government...just like profits from illegal wars....

You got that right. But fear not, these deadbeats will probably be living on government handouts by next month.

Happy Fathers day to all you dads

Don't worry Ace it can't go no like this much longer.

Even America there is a limit on how much money gets thrown away and stolen the well is running dry.
